I love the customer service that I received from Public Storage. I was helped by Jenifer at the Beach street location to find the unit I was looking for at the best rate even though it was at a different property. I went to this location over on Baker and was helped by Shawna. She was very helpful and informative as we went over what I was storing and she took me out and showed me the unit. She was upfront about the light not working in the space and asked if I wanted it fixed. I had no problems with the light not working but I appreciated her honesty and willingness to fix the light for me. The rental process was straightforward and simple and she was very helpful suggesting merchandise that would make my move-in easier, which it did. After moving in and everything I met the property manager Lillian, who was very nice and helpful as well. Loved the experience Ive had at Public Storage and the customer service was top notch. Great job ladies!

Ive use public storage and only public storage. Recently, I found myself needing another unit, went online and choose the Baker Blvd. location. Picked my size online and made the reservation (prices where unbeatable :) ). I received a call back from Lillian, current mgr at this site, within 10 min. She was very helpful, very polite and knowledgeable of the unit I was interested in and other units available that may suit my needs better. With what I have to store, she stated the 10x10 would be perfect. Arrangements were made so that I may come view the unit and pay. The best part, because of our schedules (both our businesses closed at 5, on Sunday)she offered to stay until I could get there. Lillian is fabulous and I will continue to use Public Storage for all my storage needs.

Well after the worst day of my life I had the pleasure of enlisting Lillan in assisting me in straighten out payment problem with my locker. She did the usually stuff but went well beyond to make my experience and my whole day better. She did the one thing everyone else lack from utility companies and banks she showed a genuinely interest in my problems and empathy which I was in need of. Lastly I as prepared to move to another company and she convinced me to stay with Public Storage. It goes without saying we could use a 100 people like here Sorry can’t say enough good things about Lillian. She turned my day around!!!!!! She is tops in my book, thanks again

My storage unit was robbed, emptied, an entire life, and entire house, priceless heirlooms and priceless things of my childrens.. just gone, and these people dont care and refuse to take any responsibility. But the worst dehumanizing aspect was, not one person even said they were sorry, in fact the regional manager "Michael" asked me to leave the property I was hysterical. I spent the last three days in the hospital after loosing my entire life. Im too old and too sick, and now without the quarter of a million dollars in assets stored there where I thought it was safe. I believe it was the owners or management who stole my property. - Heartbroken...

I want to give credit to Shawna for her help and professional conduct. Thanks Shawna. I was in a bind and needed a unit that day but the one I needed they had just one left that wasnt ready yet. I tried 5 other storage places around and they where out or was going to cost me way more then I want or could really afford. Then I received a call from Shawna and she had gone out and made that unit ready for me that day so I didnt have to look anymore. And I was able to get the first month $1 deal. She went above to make sure she got me as a customer. I will definitely stay there as long as need to for Shawna..

The customer service is amazing! Everyone there especially a girl with the name of Courtney has been nothing but incredible. My sister passed away and they all have gone above and beyond with helping me through the legal process and trying to get a refund while I have been waiting to hear back from them. Words can not seriously express my feelings towards these amazing people during this grieving process and they have made it so easy. I would totally recommend not only this storge location, but the incredible people that work there to help you with your needs in storge units!

I stopped in at the Public Storage on Baker Blvd in Richland Hills. Where I was greeted by a very polite and professional manager. Lillian made the process quick and easy and made me feel that she cared about what I needed. She was helpful by being a great listener and finding out what I was looking for and then suggested the right unit to fit my needs. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others who need help with any and all their storage needs. Everyone likes doing business with companies who help you take care of your business.

I was looking for a storage unit and I havent needed one in a long time. So I wasnt sure about what size to look for that would meet my needs. Once I entered the office of Public Storage I was greeted by Gabbie. She was informative and very personable. She give me many options and even let me know what size units were available at other Public Storage locations. She answered my questions on security, insurance and general information about this location. I would recommend Public Storage to my family and friends for their storage needs.

My name is Don and I have been using public storage for over 6 years. My children have finally gone out on their own and taken all storage with them so I no longer need the unit. Lillian was very helpful and was realy sorry to see us vacate. I had already paid a full month but moved out on the 6th she said take your lock clean out the unit and leave the door open. I went back to clean out the unit and leave the door open however she had already done this for me. What a super person, she deserves the best.

We had a very good experience. The manager was friendly and courteous and very helpful, telling us about specials and supplies available. She was efficient and served us quickly helping us get a storage unit that will be fit our needs and budget. The unit was clean and in good repair... the light works and the door is easy to lift and lower. Overall, the property was clean and free from trash. We were impressed and would recommend this facility to our friends to help with their storage needs.

I had not planned to rent a storage unit, but extenuating circumstances require that I do so. Lillian was amazing throughout the process and made renting the unit enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, if you have any questions. She came to check on us several times while we were moving stuff into the unit and asked if we wanted some water, since it was such a hot day. If you need a storage, look into this PS location. Lillian is a great manager!!

If your retired and a senior or know someone with a devastating illness do not use Public Storage or any rental space for personal property. Storage is not a long term plan for personal property. I lost everything due to illness. Public Storage was demanding more money because the employees claimed the sell didnt bring enough money. The pain of loss wasnt worth the storage rental. I will not recommend using storage rental or compliment their employees.
