I recently visited this branch to pick up a tailer I had reserved for 6:00 p.m. I showed up at 5:30 due to the fact I needed to be in San Antonio at 9:00 p.m. To meet up with returning family members arriving on a train. There was one person behind the counter and a line out the door. She was so incompetent she must have called someone for assisance at least five times only after stalling for 20 minutes or so as if to make it seem she accually knew what she was doing. This branch is supposed to close at 7 pm. I finally got my paperwork with her done at 6:45. When I went to get my trailer hooked up the brake lights would not work. The man outside continued to test my fuses and search for the problem. After calling someone himself he disassembled my tail light to get to a control box where he proceeded to rewire it. The brake lights came on and he sent me on my way telling me all was well. Shortly into my trip to San Antonio I realized my running lights where not working on the trailer along with the light he had disassembled. Luckily i made this dangerous trip without a ticket or accident. I cannont express how angry i am at the lack of professional conduct of this facility. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch at all cost!

My husband and I had to move our belongings from our home because Hurricane Harvey made it unliveable. We had to go all the way to Corpus from Ingleside to get a truck because none were available in our area. These people charged us $105 for a 10 foot truck advertised at $19.95 a day. We were told we were charged that much because we took it out of town, like we had a choice. And we didnt even have it a full day. We were eventually credited back a portion of what we were charged, but only after numerous calls made throughout the company. Needless to say, we wont be going to this location again!
