User reporting with lots of experience in storage rental in 3 states and both business and personal use. This facility and its management are exceptional in all my experience. The facility is clean, accessible, and secure. There is a good range of last minute supplies and materials you might need for storage or transportation, and the staff are both knowledgeable and interested in your rental experience - long or short, business or personal - being a good one. Mark and Carol insure there is a friendly personal side to storage designed to meet every need. With many businesses I make recommendations when Im asked. With ESS at this location I recommend them without waiting to be asked.

Since my job takes me to many storage facilities around the nation, I can confidently state that this location ranks far above the standards. The building is always clean, and the staff can be seen cleaning daily including the walls and small seemingly unimportant surfaces. This makes a big difference however, and I truly feel that this building is being maintained well above and beyond. The staff is always friendly, caring, and helpful. Im greeted every time with a smile and a good attitude. Whenever I needed help with a question or requested an item, I was serviced promptly. The two staffers at the front desk always make my visit enjoyable! The prices are low and the service superb!

The staff was exceptional to work with. The facility was CLEAN. We had our goods in storage for about two months, which included a living room suite. We didnt put any plastic sheeting or any other covering over anything. Occasionally, we would stop by to add things to our storage area, and it was always clean and free of dust when we came in. When we went to pick up our items, there was NO DUST on our furniture. I just couldnt get over how clean it was. Once we emptied our area, check out was painless and simple. The facility was secure and we never had a worry. If we have to use a storage facility in Wichita again, we will certainly return to this location.

I came in the storage facility because I was moving and needed supplies and to possibly store some items. I was given a tour of the facility and was able to purchase the supplies I needed to make my move a breeze! The staff was so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The manager Carol Jones was very professional was able to recommend the supplies I needed based on the information I gave her and it worked out perfect! Josh Holland was very helpful in recommending what type of lock to go with for our moving truck. The facility was very clean and secure. I will definitely be using Extra Space Storage for my future moving and storage needs!

I rented a unit at extra storage space when my husband went to Iraq. I returned to Florida to be with family. I was always able to call and have them walk to my unit to check if it was unharmed. They have cameras everywhere and the security gates are a great feature. I felt very safe leaving everything in their care. I just returned and removed my items. Everything was how I left it. They were easy to pay and the best price for what you get! I will be using them again next time my husband gets deployed.

I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for 8 years off and on. I have had fantastic service and a very clean unit every time I have secured space there. I must say this sight is operated by the most kind, professional, organized on sight personnel one could ever ask for! Carol Jones, Danielle Barlow and Josh Holland have all been STELLAR! If you need to use storage, please go to Extra Space at 21st and Oliver, they will accommodate all your needs! Dont let the street construction scare you away!

Excellent storage facility and staff. I am actually going to be sad when I no longer need their services. They have made the entire process extremely easy and it is very affordable. I feel like my possessions are safe and well maintained, which is a HUGE peace of mind. I do not worry about theft, rodents, or bugs. It is very easy for me to retrieve or deposit items in my unit. Again, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I am Aasish Jaiswal, I had used this extra space storage for more than 3 months and had no problem. The staffs here are so friendly and accurate to what is required for a customer to know before one starts to use the storage unit. Everything was explained properly. Apart from this, the area is very neat and clean with adequate supplies required to move your stuff. I would strongly recommend this storage to my friends.

I was checking out a few different storage places trying to find the best deal and location. I went in for a tour and met Carol, the manager. She was so nice and helpful that I decided to rent my storage unit from her. She knew everything about the place without ever looking at the computer. She gets a 10 out of 10 for customer service. This place is GREAT!!! Carol is amazing at customer service, they have the best price in town and the best facility. Its safe and clean!! I recommend it to everyone!! There is no reason to go anywhere else. I checked out another place first and was so disappointed I left, but after talking to Carol for just a few minutes I knew we had found a gem!!!

I have been a customer with Extra Space Storage for more than 2 years and I have had no problems at all. the staff is great and friendly. I wish more people was like this staff. I love the indoor storage. I would recommend anyone to Extra Space Storage just for the staff alone. I also like the security and well lighted areas too.

Really great customer service. The woman I spoke with was really nice and seemed very knowledgeable. My husband is military, so we know a lot of people that pcs and need to store their stuff. This is now the place I recommend to them. I tell them to ask for Danielle, she was so helpful.
