Lesha is super sweet. She answered my questions, took me to see the actual unit I was renting, and on the day of move-in, when she found out I was going to sweep it, she came and swept it herself. We only needed to rent for two months, climate-controlled. At the end of two months, we moved our stuff out, and our stuff was fine--the climate-control worked well. I had worried about condensation and humidity, but it wasnt a problem. I had set out several sticky traps around the walls of the unit. There were some pests, but nothing like my family had experienced at a different location. I recommend enrolling in auto-debit. I didnt, which caused some confusion trying to figure out how to pay. The rent may be a touch higher than other facilities. Overall, tidy facility, plenty of space in lot and hall to move around, efficient entrance/exit, and a property manager (Lesha) with a great personality.

We had a recent move that involved having two storage units (2 different places), on both ends of our move. When we recently purchased a travel trailer, we had to find a place to store it when we arent using it. When we checked out this US Storage Center, it was BY FAR, the best experience weve had. The host was so knowledgeable about her spaces and where would be the best place for for novice drivers of RVs! She was wonderful help. Also, we could make month to month rentals without being penalized. We are very pleased.

I needed a space to store my RV and I’m thrilled that I found US Storage on Golden Triangle Blvd. The property manager, Lesha, was awesome! She is very knowledgeable about her property and she provided excellent customer service. The property is obviously well-managed and very clean. I would definitely recommend this storage facility location.

Just wanted stop in and tell everyone how great Lesha has been. I had a house built and had to pack everything into a storage unit. Over the past 8 months she has been the easiest and best to work with during the entire process, and thats including the builder. If you need a storage unit come by and see her, she will take good care of you.

We just moved our stuff out here from California and we had to use a very big tractor trailer. We were allowed to bring It in and unload it with no problems and the management was extremely helpful with offering to let us use some of their moving equipment. This place has the best prices and amazing customer service.

OMG.!!!!!!!! Best place I have found yet.. Easy access and wonderful cutie running the place. Always helpful and knows her stuff!!!! Clean place and easy to get to. Better prices and fast service. Always nice to deal with management! One in a million storage facility. NO bugs,NO mice, and NO spiders!!!!!

Customer service was top notch. Dealt with three different individuals over a two week period and everyone was helpful, patient and respectful. Seems like a smaller facility that is able to provide more individual attention to your storage needs. So far, so good and contract process was smooth and quick.

Under New Name & new management. My rates for a 5x10 went from 2 months half off at $28 to 3 months at regular $57 then they raised it 30% to $85! They consider this a normal increase! I can get a 10x10 for $89 down thd street! No wonder I saw $4000 debt receipts of their customers. Dont Store Here!

The man working was very nice and helpful. He did the best he could but there needed to be another person working with him. He was dealing with an issue that took him over an hour that was out of his control. So they are great but need more people working on the weekends.

Great experience. The mangers were helpful in every way possible. They loved that we asked many questions and encouraged us to call with any other questions we may have. Although we don not have need for more than one unit, we wouldnt hesitate to rent here.

Really nice location. Easily accessible. Everything you are looking for is already there: multiple unit choices, from very small to very large, with or without A/C; gated access; security cameras. It’s a place I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Storage facility maintains a knowledgeable and helpful crew. Storage units are easily accessed via vehicle or moving truck. They sell boxes, locks, packing material, rent Penske trucks and offer a secure storage environment. Reasonably priced.
