Both I and My Family, have used Public Storage Locations throughout the D/FW Metroplex for over 10 Years to service all of our personal and business storage needs. We recently used the Bedford, TX location for outdoor storage of our boats. The location is clean, well lit and left us feeling secure about storing our items there. Isa, the location manager, went above and beyond in answering questions over the phone and in person. She expedited the contracts paperwork quickly and efficiently and was informative and helpful with a specialty requested made of her. I have always experienced enjoyable and professional interactions with the site staff personnel at Public Storage locations over the years (Highway 10, Grapevine Hwy and others.)... That is why when I say that Isa provided the best experience to date, it can be taken as a true compliment! She represents a genuine asset to the company and I would like to recognize her for her consistent efforts to go above and beyond to service her clients... I would also like to recommend to PS Corporate that low volume and business appropriate music in the offices would be well received by your clients as they are completing paperwork. Not to mention a potential moral and productivity booster for the site personnel... I can only imagine the utter monotony of staring at moving supplies all day in a dead quiet environment! (Please Shoot Me NOW!).

I had a great experience right until time to check out. I was told by the representative that you will have to pay for the first month in full any time after that will have to be pro-rated. When I checked in I was told the exact same thing by Terry. Now Im being told three different stories the first being because I moved in on the 7th this month is not a complete month so it can not be pro rated. The second is you have to be moved out by the 6th of the month by 5p.m. or you pay for the entire month. 3rd being there definition of pro rated is different what ever that means. With all that being said my 30 days was up on July 7 its July 9th and they are making me pay for the entire month. Funny thing is they gave me my courtesy call on the 8th. Why not the 6th before 5 pm or the 7th my move out date before 9 p.m.. Then the district manager Chad says there is No one I can speak to other than him. Funny I call customer service and they said there is a Sr Manager and a regional manager so once again I was told the wrong thing by a representative.

I dropped in at the storage office to buy some boxes & found the door locked even though the sign indicated lunch break was over. As I was driving off, I noticed someone in the office & went back to door & knocked again. The gal came to the door, unlocked it came out & locked it again. She told me to come back in 10 minutes as she was on her lunch break. Then she walked over near her car to smoke. U Hall on Hwy. 121 was so busy but were able to help right away because they have a huge staff. They carried the boxes to my car & loaded them for me. Public Storage: you might want to retrain your workers. Or hire someone who just might want to earn their pay.

We were so appreciative how Isa handled every situation and answered every question.We are a ministry team arriving here with our Pastor from Seattle Washington and needed someone to help in find two storage units ,side by side and big enough to hold all our belongings. Isa did a great job getting us just what we needed ! She even helped us get a few more boxes and demonstrated how to put them together and was very helpful with all the forms . Due to a disappointing customer service experience at another storage facility, we searched for another location closer to home. We found this Public Storage location and Isa was extremely helpful with our needs. She went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met. We were extremely impressed with how she knew all the customers by name and her passion for her work was very obvious to us. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a great storage facility with a level of customer service that you rarely see today.

I rented a storage today. My service I received from the Representative Isa was excellent. I went in disappointed being I needed an outside unit(I selected the wrong unit I choose a inside unit) but the down payment was more than I expected being I reserved the space last night for a 1.00 down. She did everything to assist to look for a lower price outside unit at other locations. But with her great customer service I decided to go ahead with the inside unit. Thank you Isa for making me feel better. Great Customer Service count!!

The people at my storage are great. Very helpful and friendly. However... Public Storage is a racket. After 6 months of use they raised my rate from 157 to 187. 30 more a month! All they could say is there was additional operational cost that they pass along to their customers. They also only give you 5 days from the due date to pay. If you dont they lock you out and charge you more. 2 weeks later theyll sell your stuff if you still havent paid. NEVER use them unless you absolutely have to.

Great experience getting started here. I filled out the online form and was contacted by the facility within minutes to set up an appointment to sign papers and choose a unit. I arrived a little early for my appointment and was met by a smiling employee named Isa. She was friendly, professional, and allowed me the time to look at several different units to find the parking space and storage unit that would work best for me.. Good location and the price was competitive.

My experience with Public Storage (specifically the Bedford TX location) was FANTASTIC! Isa, the store manager was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgable, and accommodating. The entire process was quick and easy, and Isa made sure to show me everything about the complex/unit that I needed to know, while making me feel welcome. Im really looking forward to doing business with these folks, as its been painless, fairly priced, and very friendly! Overall a GREAT experience!

I was having the worst day possible on memorial day with nothing going as planned. I suddenly had to move out sooner than I thought and really needed a place to keep my things in temporary while I figured out my next step. The manager Aimee was super cool, understanding, and very easy to talk to. It was at this moment when things started to somehow turn around for me and my one horrible day was becoming manageable and took a huge weight off me. Thank you Aimee!!!
