When I first got the storage, I was impressed with the facilities, BUT, when an issue came up on paying my bill, I tried to call the storage unit to explain my situation. Someone answered the phone we exchange a few pleasantries and as I started explaining my situation with the person, I realized that that I was talking to myself. I didnt think anything of it at first, but after 20 min on hold, I was cut off. So I called back and before I was able to say anything, I was placed on hold again. After about 20 min again was cut off. This went on 3 or 4 times until I called back and got the recording that they were closed and to leave a message. I was so upset, I left a message telling them how I felt and moved my stuff to another storage company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Best customer service and prices available, I HIGHLY recommend doing business here! I have to say that my relocation from New York to Texas was quite nerve racking but the entire staff at All Storage made the best impression ever. I needed a unit because I had a vintage car being shipped to Texas. Due to delays with the shipping company and 3 failed delivery dates, I was suddenly told me the car would be arriving in 32 hours! I needed a location that was accessible, clean, spacious and at an affordable price! Ashleigh (great manager) was my point of contact and in a nutshell, the "entire staff!" treated me like family. You will not find a better business or better staff anywhere else, guaranteed!

No military support... I had an issue with my payment as well. I was on orders with the Army for a month putting me in the middle of the desert with out phone signal or Internet. I made it home about a week after my payment was do. I called and explained that I could show them my orders and asked if they could forgive the late payment this one time and that this is only a one time a year thing and doesnt usually last a whole month. The girl told me that I could have mailed, called or even paid online, so she would not forgive the late fees. Im not sure how I was going to do any of that in the middle of the desert, but that was enough for me to move on as well.

Okay, John...You can probably find a copy of the TSSA boilerplate lease online...virtually all "mom & pops" use it...but what are you trying to pick apart? I doubt they would be asking you to sign a lease without having an opportunity to read it, but as storage leases are non-negotiable, Im not letting one out of my office either. The 60s called for you...they need their paranoia back...DUDE.

The prices seemed reasonable, but then when I tried to get a copy of their contract they wouldnt send it electronically and they only way you can look at it is in their presence and you cannot take it off the premises for further review. Ill pay a little more at a mom and pop so I can take my stuff and leave when I ready instead of being locking into a contract with the man.

Kinda pricy, but very secure place.
