Rent is a bit pricey but it is indoors, secured, and kept air conditioned even if it sometimes doesnt feel like it. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because, there were ants in and on my things when I went to retrieve everything from my unit. Other than that, Id say top notch. You can rent any size vehicle for moving online and pick it up at the location and pricing on the rentals is pretty fair from my experience. Good job U-Haul people, U can bet I will Haul my ass back next time Im in need of your services

4/2/2016 An ounce of precaution is worth a pound of measure. Had lights installed on my Mazda Tribute SUV and they did and outstanding job as I also pull watercraft so they suggested strategically installing it in the tail light Went on a Saturday not to busy got right in and out. Friendly efficiently knowledgable staff. I will make this my home location. And by the way they also do excellent work on hitches. Had a hitch installed Dallas Hitch and trailer and uhaul does a far better job. Totally happy with uhaul period.

I was sent to this location because another location did not have the truck I reserved. This location did not have it either, but they did something even better. They got me another truck of roughly the size I needed, and changed my rental to another type which saved me over $100 in just the rental! The General Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure that I was on my way quickly and I left a very satisfied customer. This is the u-haul to go to!

They messed up the time of my original appointment to get a hitch installed. Rescheduled but they still didnt start on my car until an hour and ten minutes after the appointment (others in line ahead of me experiencing problems with bad instals etc.). Management was terrible and very passive in handling situation. Wont be going back here again.

DO NOT GO HERE the service was horrible and they will screw you over as much as they possibly can. "Oh we over charged you? Sorry there is nothing I can do about it." I will be making sure no one I know ever goes to this location ever again. Looks like my next moved will be with another company because this is ridiculous.

Ive been to this location twice now and both times were the absolute worst service Ive ever received from uhaul. Definitely worth it to travel a little further and go to a different one, please dont waste your time with the staff and owner at this one!

I had a great experience renting a truck for local round trip use this past weekend. Thanks to the staff for their quick service at check-in and drop off. And for letting me leave my car on their lot for 24 hours. Made everything so much simpler.
