I give Kudos to Jason and Nick. Jason is super awesome. I was dealing with an issue on my cell phone and Jason was so patience and very kind to me anyway. The process was so quick and efficient. I made the error of selecting the wrong size with the 1-800 representative, simply guessing what unit maybe suitable. Again, Jason was so courteous to me the next day and found a larger unit and he was also concerned with trying to keep the unit in the same area for me. Man-Jason is a FIVE-STAR customer service agent! Nick came into the office and he offered me clothing boxes for my hanging clothes. The application was processed quick and the showing of the unit was a good experience Jason explained everything in a professional manner. I love the experience I had at Public Storage with these two guys. I have never used any other storage place and with this type of customer service from Jason, Ill never will!. keep up the excellent work guys! Jason made my entire week great....just knowing that there are still good hearted and caring people out here!

This place reminds me of the last scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark. There are seemingly endless rows of doors. I had the feeling that my precious cargo would disappear from public view. The building itself is three stores tall and appears to have a masonry exterior. This would make the facility more resistant to the occasionally destructive north Texas weather. The building has a sprinkler system, and some (maybe all but I didnt check) units had electronic monitoring. The upper floor units are noticeably less expensive than the ground floor units in this property and in the area generally. Tina was sweet and very helpful. She showed us a climate controlled 10x20 on the 2nd floor, but it was our first day looking for a storage unit and we did not reserve it. Jason to the rescue. We needed to start moving stuff out of the house now. Jason put us in a 10x10 climate controlled in the building most likely to have a 10x20 come available. Many thanks to Jason and Tina for their help.

Jason you are so very kind to me and all of the other tenants. I would like to say to anyone that need a storage, go to the Rufe Snow location. There, you will meet one of the nicest people in public service, his name is" Jason". He has helped me when Ive gone by and forgot my gate code, he actually came out to tap in my code, what awesome customer service. The center usually smell of lemon pine sol, and that is a very clean and welcoming smell. The three gentlemen there on Tuesday were very nice, and had smiles on their faces showing they cared about customer service. I have not had any problems there and I do not expect any, the facility is up to standard. Ive seen police patrolling the area several times Ive been at my storage in the evening. As I say these wonderful things about Public maybe they will give a small incentive to long term tenants sometime, for making their company boom with business. I would love to experience that. Thanks again!!

After only 6 months they raised my rate over 11%. I called customer service and they basically said too bad, they can raise rates to whatever they want. Be careful, the rate you start with wont be the rate for very long. They think you wont go to the trouble to move your stuff once its there, so they take advantage of you. Well, one year later they have raised my rates again. The rent went from $125 to $158 in only 18 months. I will be moving my stuff the next chance I get. Very disappointed. Update: After seeing my disappointed review, the local general manager reached out to me and offerred to keep my rate at the previous $139 rate. I thought this was fair and appreciated his effort to call me. Based on this Im revising my rating to 4 stars. BTW, the staff in the office there are very nice and helpful.

Absolutely, the best experience Ive ever had when renting a storage unit. Nick and Jason were without doubt committed to providing the best customer service possible. We had reserved our PS unit via phone that morning, and had rented and already loaded up a moving truck - when we arrived a few minutes after closing time, they helped us anyway, staying well after closing time so that we could get a unit that night. That was just one of several ways they exceeded our expectations that evening. And the facility is easy to access, well-lit and clean - again, more than any other storage facility weve ever used. I will recommend using PS on Rufe Snow to everyone that is looking to rent a storage unit - and I would tell them to be sure to ask for Jason and Nick. Thanks guys, we appreciate all you did.

Tina, Nicole (Davis Blvd Property) and Jason could not have been more helpful. I came into town from Virginia on very short notice to move my aging mother-in-law into an assisted living facility, clear out her existing apartment and settle her books. I was pressed hard to make all the arrangements to move and store excess household goods and Tina, Nicole & Jason were a true beacon of light during a difficult time. I dont know how Public Storage trains their representatives or goes about screening employees but other businesses cold learn a lot from how this company treats people. Tina, Nicole and Jason were a real blessing during a stressful and difficult time.

the persons who runs the little storage place off rufe snow dr is unprofessional. went there at 3:29 no one was in the office sign was on the door be back in at four 4:15 so left came back at 3:50 drove up and down the side of the street to see if I can see any of the employees but couldnt see them so at this point getting upset so I park in the parking lot across from the building an about 20 minutes later a dude walks out gets in a car and leaves so you in the doing whatever instead of your job while you have customers driving up trying to rent from your business doesnt not make people want to go to your company.

Ive been a prior customer for about 2 years, moved to Cali, then back to Texas again and of course chose this Public Storage location again. Aimee and Jason were most helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to get me going again with a storage unit. Went with the 5x5, though they wanted to ensure it would provide me adequate space, so they asked qualifying questions to determine it was indeed a good fit for the items Im storing. A very pleasant experience, and Id have no problem recommending this location, as you cant beat their great customer service, thank you! :)

great customer service...just dont agree with how they can charge you for an entire month when you only use it for half the month and they dont give you a refund or compensation for the rest of the month and then the company will turn around and rent out that same unit and basically double their profits...my opinion thats just not good business....oh and if you try and contact corporate about renting out a unit thats already paid for because you only used it for half the month...they will just ignore you....but great customer service at the site
