DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I have been using this location for storage for several years and have had countless problems getting these individuals to actually USE the automatic bill pay that they "offer" I have given them the information for multiple times. When you call to give them your credit card over the phone they demand that you come in person to set up bill pay AGAIN. Some of us have circumstances that do not allow us to visit the location at their demand and leisure ( like being stationed in a different city for instance). In a nutshell the manager stated that because I had not sent him copies of my orders that I am lying about being in the military (I would hope that a person wouldnt lie about that and dont appreciate being accused of something that unethical). Explain to me what copies of my military orders has to do with taking a credit card number and processing the payment in which I am trying to give to a company? These people are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional do not waste your time with substandard customer service. If you would like to see the email I would be more than happy to show it to anyone who cares to see it.

Having a drastic life change almost one year ago, and being forced to move all of our belongings into storage, was a traumatic experience for my family. However, I must say despite not liking what I was forced to do, the overall experience has been made to be a pleasurable and an acceptable one... and for that I give kudos to Stacey. Stacey from day one has always greeted me with smile and positive attitude. I think its important that she is acknowledged for her consistency of keeping such a positive attitude. I had come across other workers at another location that were not only unfriendly, but acted as if I was inconvenience. While showing me storage units, they were obviously not fully informed on their own properties. I could tell some answers were fabricated so they could get out of heat, and back to their cell phone calls that I had obviously interrupted upon entering the office. That experience led me to this Hurst location, which is where I met Stacey... and its been a good relationship every since then. JR

I would like to Thank Stacy at the Hurst facility. While searching numerous storage facilities, Stacy convinced me that I would be completely satisfied with her facility. I appreciated that she sold me on what was great about her facility and not trying to tell me what was bad about the others, therefore, I went with hers and hoped for the best. I signed up in January 2014. Since then, we have been vey satisfied with our choice. The facility is always clean and the personnel are very helpful. Stacy is always ready to help when you need to ask questions or need some help with advice and changes. It is nice to know that there are still some professional people in the service industry, Stacy is at the top of the list! I know we always hear the bad stuff about service, Stacy deserves to know she is doing great! Thanks, Roy and Laura

Facilities are nice. What you have to watch out for is rate hikes every 3-6 months. I started renting a 10x10 unit for around $110/month which was competitive for the area. Within 6 months they raised my rate to $136/month. I decided to stay because I already had stuff moved in and it was convenient to my house. 1 year after the rate hike, I get a letter in the mail informing me that they are going to increase my rate to over $150/month for the same unit. I checked online and they are charging new units of the same size as my unit for $136 so I called and got them to not increase my rate....at least for the next 3 months. This is ridiculous!! Im looking to store things long-term not worry about moving my items after 3-6 months. Its okay to rent here but watch what corporate is doing with the rate of your unit!!

8/13/2016 I was really dreading renting a storage unit, but my new furniture was being delivered in two hours and our remodeling contractor had not come close to completing the work in our house. Needless to say, I had several levels of stress as I visited the three storage places nearest my home. The third one for me to visit was DEFINITELY the charm!!!! Terry, the location manager, was an absolute angel!!! She very calmly and succinctly explained my options, showed me a couple of available units, made some timely suggestions that saved me time and $$$. She went out of her way to make sure that I understood everything and had me in a storage unit with enough time to spare that I was able to have a nice, relaxed lunch. Had a wonderful first impressions with a wonderful young lady named Stacy. Very professional with explanation of property, and policy she had shown me the unit I had requested, and then offered to show me other units to compare storage areas to ensure I was satisfied with my choice. She continued with a pleasing personality and explained all the paperwork needed to complete the rental. Upon leaving the office Stacy reiterated that if I had any other questions or concerns to call and she would be happy to answer any all questions. Again a pleasing experience sincerely Coop Cooper

Storage is storage is storage, right? I mean, they all provide the same service...but thats not the case. Like any people-oriented company, youre as good as the people on the front line, the folks who will help you with out of the ordinary requests for assistance... ...which is why STACY makes this important choice a no-brainer. Shes terrific, which makes me wonder if its possible to CLONE HER and her people-centric sensibilities and send her clones to every conceivable position in order to make my life/our lives so much easier. Whatever Public Storage pays Stacy isnt enough!

Working with Terry at my local Public Storage has been very informative. She took me on a tour of the facility, explained the locking and security features, showed me how to use the exterior lights for my unit and, how to use the security gate code. Terry was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. After researching all storage companies in my area I found their rates were excellent, their facility was well kept, and secure. I feel very confident that choosing Public Storage was the right company to take care of my storage needs.

Patrick and Stacy were great help in both booking and trouble-shooting when we arrived. We thought we may need a second unit based on the amount of stuff we had and the need to return our truck. They worked with us to find a solution to accommodate our unique, time-sensitive need. Patrick was efficient in checking us into our unit, and both worked flexibly with us when we were delayed in our arrival by a day. The property is immaculate and both Patrick and Stacy were both welcoming and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience.

Miss Terry was so wonderfully helpful when I was in desperate need of a huge storage room back in August that I didnt hesitate to go back to the same location for a 2nd storage room in September. She handled both transactions professionally and courteously, even though I probably gave her my horrible cold. She keeps the facility in great condition and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this location. Thank you for all your help, Miss Terry!!
