Do NOT go to this place! These people are crooks! I have a small unit and had the monthly payment set up as an automatic payment from my bank account. Just a few months after I moved in they raised the rent. I probably would have been okay with that except they didnt tell me. So for more than a year my payment went in month after month on time and all the while they were assessing a $15 per month late fee because theyd raised the rent without telling me. They just kept silent and by the time I stopped by to look into the unit (thinking I was paid up) they said I owed them nearly $250!! Their actions were dishonest and tantamount to thievery. They knew exactly what theyd done but telling me would have kept them from collecting all those late fees. There was no remorse on their part. No apology, no offer of compromise, nothing! I just wrote the check for $250 but I guarantee Ill be moving my stuff as soon as possible!

Ive used Arrow self storage for about a year. I havent had any problems with it at all. I also got behind but Nancy and Greg were fair. Like anything else, if you have a problem you talk to them and most of the time people will work with you. Keep in mind that the people who work there are not the owners. Theyre employees and can only do so much. My things were safe and intact. They even have a truck you can use.

This place is 2KKool2Rule! Lady Ashley is the CherryBombDiggity BOMBBOMB, the very best, and Jerry the owner is the SweetestKindManEVER.... Do yourselves a favor and check out Arrow Storage ASAP!!!!!!! And as an addendum: Two out of TWO KIMS AGREE.....ARROW SELF STORAGE is definitely THE PLACE TO RENT FROM!!!!!!!!

This a a great storage facility. I have had a unit there since it first opened and have NEVER had any problems at all. It is a pleasure to do business there and Nancy does a great job running it. I HIGHLY recommend!
