I reserved a storage unit at Southlake Public Storage on 04/26/14. The unit was dirty. It had debris, rat feces and oil stains on the floor... Also, water and rust stains on the wall, ceiling and floor. I waited an hour for Rey to show me another available unit, while paying a moving company $95 / hour to sit in the truck. The second unit was dirty and had rat feces...as well as a third unit that he showed me. The last unit also had a dead rat that he quietly placed in a bag! The two movers saw him do this and said, "lets go". After, seeing the this... I met Rey at the office to cancel my agreement and receive a refund. He would not / said, he could not... refund my full deposit. He retained $40 of the $108 deposit for an "ADMIN" fee. I located another storage unit on Hwy 114 for less than half the price Public Storage was going to charge. BEWARE!

We arrived here late on Saturday (20 minutes prior to closing) and Ray was extremely helpful in getting us set up for our storage needs. I have used this facility on two prior occasions when I needed short term storage and I have always been pleased. They have always been able to provide the space I need and the spaces are clean on delivery. Paperwork process was a simple as could be (while satisfying the legal requirements of a lease). I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage of personal belongings. They also have outdoor storage for boats and motor homes.

The property manager Mr. Hernandez was very helpful. I inquired at 2 other local storage lots in the Grapevine / Southlake area where associates were either not knowledgeable about the available space in their lot, or trying to push me to purchase a unit that was too small. Altogether, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Public Storage in Southlake to anyone looking for affordable space and a professional staff. Ask for Mr. Hernandez!

I would highly recommend this facility. My unit was spotless and the grounds are too. Kayla, the property manager is awesome to work with. She does her best to assure customer satisfaction. This location is excellent! Have had a storage unit for many years and am very happy with the security and cleanliness of the entire facility. This is all thanks to the Manager, Ray, who takes great pride in his business. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with great tips and advice. I have been a customer of public storage in Southlake for a very short 3 month period. And every time I am in need kayla the manager is always there with better news of how she can help me. My first month I forgot my due date and she helped get my late fees dismissed. So accommodating and great customer service. I will never use another storage again. Way to go

Working with Rey at the location, he stepped me through and helped me determine I actually needed a unit a bit larger than what I expected. He was right. Very friendly and helpful. We had rented a unit earlier in the year and within a couple of days decided we didnt need one at the time. BEST STORAGE FACILITY IN DFW - I have kept a storage unit for many years while working in pharmaceutical sales. This Public Storage in Southlake, TX has the best customer service and cleanliness of any facility I have ever used in the past! Ray is personal, professional, and always willing to help! Great customer service and great pricing. Kayla and Alexis were awesome to work with and, even though they had some computer issues, they kept working the problem until they had a solution. The space was very clean when opened and ready for same day move in. I would recommend renting here.
