AVOID this location like the plague!!! After two weeks in the location, they TOLD us to move our unit and offered a pitiful half off one month rent for the request! Are you kidding? Thats like $33 bucks for a 10x10 unit that is full! The reason given for the move was the company needed the space for its own use and it was mandated by the "corporate office". Look thru the bottom floor and you will see the company appears to keep the best units for itself, per the front desk employees feedback...and wants paying customers to use the elevators. The hours of access are awful and the gates have been broken for the few weeks weve been using the facility and it takes too many codes to get in and out. I bet the other reviews are from insiders, as they dont even come close to our experience. Seriously, the front desk said this location was only 30% occupied....and I now see why! Look elsewhere!! We will move our items to another location as soon as possible, as I refuse to give this company any more money than necessary.

Nice to find a local business that cares about your needs. That experience is reinforced by the appearance of the facility and the features you will not find anywhere else within 30 miles. Plenty of space to off load your vehicle in the lot, powered entry doors and the big key are the carts available to move your material to your storage locker. Three elevators, no waiting if you have a locker on the upper two floors. The facility is immaculate, restrooms on all floors and very good lighting, even in the far back corner. This place takes the pain of moving your furnishings to a storage facility away. Security is complete from the gates, parking lot, hallways, elevators and on the floor areas. They are price competitive and having an inside storage facility is a no brainier.

I have used several storage facilities over the last 25 plus years and to say the least, the customer service Is above excellent at Public Storage. Cynthia was very professional In every way possible. After seeing me struggle trying to load my coach on the surveillance camera, Charles came to my rescue and not only helped me get It loaded, but also helped me carry many other Items as well. Mr Charles also took It upon himself to bless me with a financial Christmas gift from his pocket. I hope Public Storage recognizes this young man and realizes what an asset that they have..

Easy to check in, very accommodating when I needed to move into a larger unit than my initial check-in. Brennan and Cynthia were very helpful and easy to work with. New facility as of Nov 2016, very clean and easy to access. Note that they are just down the road about 0.7 miles from where your GPS may take you if you use the address. If you navigate with google via the business location instead, it will take you right there.

The amount of codes and hoops the have to jump through in order to get your stuff in and out of here is ridiculous. This is a user experience/customer experience field day. Complete joke. The low prices are not worth having to pay movers the time it takes to get in the building, up an elevator, put in all the stupid codes, have other people mess up the elevator because theyre trying to go up too...you get the idea.

I was impressed with this company. Cynthia was very professional and extremely thorough in her explanation of the rental agreement. The front office/ storage areas are clean and well kept and the security measures are pretty hardcore.

The property is cleaned daily. The staff is extremely friendly and ensure your needs are met. Bathrooms are clean. Temperature is always comfortable. Parking is plentiful and easily negotiable for unloading and loading of cargo.

Brand new location and great service. Fair prices and very well kept. Easy to move in. Keep in mind that you will have to also buy insurance for your stuff too. Its Texas state law.
