I got behind on my storage unit payment and Samantha talked with my wife about the total cost of getting our account up to date and was very rude to her on the phone. I called and talked with Samantha and she was also rude to me on the phone. I paid up my account online (04/03/2014 amount $279.50) before it was going to go into auction and I was just 2 days late with my online payment which cost me a extra $47.00 because Public Storage had put a lien on my storage unit and Samantha at Public Storage nor Public Storage themselves would wave this amount for me being just 2 days late.Future customer need to be careful because you will find it very difficult to get a yes or no answer from Samantha or Public Storage with a issue like I went through.

The new manager here is perfect! Last time I came to this location looking to rent the manager at the time (I cant remember her name but she was blonde) she was very rude and acted like me being there was a waste of her time but, this second go around Im very happy with my choice. Liz took the time to make sure I was in the right size space she showed me more than one size just to make sure I wasnt spending too much money on a space that was too big. She offered me all kinds of items to protect my belongings and if I had the extra money I would have bought it. Im very pleased with the MAJOR upgrade in management at this location. Thank you again to Liz for the awesome customer service!!!!

Impressed doesnt fully describe how I feel about PUBLIC STORAGE and their Manager Clara. She took her time in explaining all of the different options they have available for making payments, and she also went above and beyond her job duties while showing me the different storage units. It was very apparent that she genuinely cared and wanted to ensure that I chose the right unit to fit my needs and budget. Its been a long time since I have been fortunate enough to be helped by someone who cares about the customer. Clean and secure units with exceptionally helpful and caring staff. CLARA and PUBLIC STORAGE have set the standard. Thank you for your help

I dont like that the rate has increased each year. My rate started at $105 per month and now it is $168. Also, the customer HAS to purchase a lock from the facility. This became an issue for me because my key broke in the lock. They wanted me to purchase a new one. When I refused, they did replace the lock and did not initially charge me but they raised my rate again. When I called to complain I was treated very disrespectfully by the area manager. He had never met me, but during the conversation, he condescendingly and sarcastically referred to me as "Dear". Im looking for another facility.

Casey was amazing, instantly upon entering the office was nice and welcoming, but her spirit is what drew me closer she had great customer service, she answered all the question i needed to be answer before I needed to ask them she was really helpful in helping me to choose the size that would be best for my stuff, I didnt have to wait a huge amount of time only 2 minutes everything was ready and organized. I would defiantly recommend this place and to solely her, keep up the great work looking forward to doing continuance business.

I was very pleased with the facility, and with the assistance I received from Clara at the property. The facility appears to be clean and secure. Public Storage has special rates available for the entire six month period that I will require. The special rates made it possible for me to get a larger space than would otherwise have been my choice. Clara was very pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. The entire experience has been very positive and exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you Public Storage, and Clara.

Im giving this place three stars, only because their staff is pleasant and the surroundings are clean, but other than that, rent with caution. Our unit was broken into recently and then a second attempt was made a few nights later, but luckily, their drill bit broke off in our second lock. We had no choice but to close that one and open up a unit at an entirely different location. Not only is it a huge sacrifice of time, but money as well. Renting a U-Haul and dealing with a deposit and two new locks does not come cheap.

It is rare to find good customer service and a ideal location. Ill give you a hint. Come to Public Storage at Division n Bowen and ask for Samantha. Besides a friendly smile you will also receive the best information and the best plan for your business. I really appreciated these folks taking the time to explain and providing a variety of choices. Arlington is proud of you! Keep up the good works!!!

CI like it,because it is very easy to get to. And my family and friends are all users. Ive never heard of any kind of problem with this company. Plus, the personal touch they give you by showing you the best unit. And, CLARA, shes a sweet heart ,I wish there was more people like her, she was a very understanding to our needs as a customer.She the real deal.

Very professional and Casey was very pleasant very curious and knowledgeable i would still travel across town to do business with Casey from a business owner perception she is a real asset to public storage...love her additude and kind greeting... Division had excellent customer service skills and I really appreciated her assisting me and getting the storage that I need. And also employee Liz at Collins location was excellent as well. Tracey...property manager is very friendly...As well as helpful...The district manger left me feeling at ease with the professionalism, sense of humor and reassurance... great staff...the units need updated and secured better but note this is in works...
