This place is clean, well maintained and secure. But more than that, the staff there are unbelievably amazing. Both Lexa and Elaine were exceptionally supportive in helping me navigate through a most difficult time when I was moving the belongings of friends into storage there. My friends had to give up everything to go out of state for cancer treatment, and Lexa and Elaine both worked tirelessly with me to coordinate with my friends out of state. They were patient with me when I was frustrated with the difficulties of moving my friends belongings even though my issues had nothing to do with them. They even helped me within minutes to rent an additional space when I realized I underestimated the size we needed. Truly this staff cares about their customers, even offering to pay some of our expenses out of their own pocket to assist my friends in need! These individuals go so way above and beyond to care and help their customers - there are just not enough words. Thank you Lexa and Elaine! Your help was so very appreciated.

THE BEST! Ive used several other storage facilities over the years and can say that the facility, management, online support, security, cleanliness and organization at Extra Space in Grapevine is THE BEST in the entire North DFW area. The team who manage this location really care about the needs of their "guests" and treat us as valued friends, not just an account or unit number. Ive needed several support services during the years Ive been a customer. Whether Ive forgotten my access code, lost my locks key, or have wanted to consolidate my belongings from several units into one, the team are always very understanding, knowledgeable about the procedures and my billing has always been extremely accurate. The cleanliness and security of this location and its proximity to downtown Grapevine add to the reasons I would highly recommend this company, location, management team to all who ask!

Just had a very pleasant experience renting a storage space for some of my extra stuff. The facility looked very secure, and clean. Lexa, the store manager was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and conducted her business in a straightforward way. She wasnt pressing to make a sell, she was genuinely interested in getting me set up with exactly what I needed with no extra bells and whistles. I was able to set up auto draft payments on-site with no difficulty. I would definitely encourage anyone to explore using this place.

I did ALOT of research before picking Extra Space and Im so happy that I chose them, the staff is so friendly and helpful and they really go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Robb is awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute change he was so nice about everything and helpful it was amazing! The booking on website was extremely easy and the Estimator took all the guesswork out of it. I got a phone call from the local location within minutes of completing the online reservation. Visited the office to complete the contract and pay arrangements. Explanation was clear, complete and professional. Justin is an excellent representative for your company. Shipment goes into the unit tomorrow and we are expecting a positive experience.

I have never meet a Manger who was so nice and service driven. If all mangers could be like her there would never be a need for reviews.

I was going to go to another storage unit nearby to ExtraSpace, but no one ever returned to the office. I came to ExtraSpace Storage and got quick service, friendly assistance, and actually got a good deal on the unit I rented. The space is clean and the grounds are well kept....I can definitely recommend.

The management at this location is extremely friendly and helpful. We chose it for the great price per sq. ft and were so happy with our decision that we have rented two more units for our business as well! Clean, well lit, secure and a great price. Cannot ask for more than that!!

Great location right off of 114. The storage unit and buildings are very clean and the staff in the event you need them have always been very accomodating and friendly. Their prices for comparable units are much better than Public Storage right up the road.

The storage unit is in an easy to get to location with clean units. The managers are helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable. I rented two climate controlled units and have been extremely satisfied.
