I was in a real bind when I stumbled upon this place, and they were a lifesaver! My roommate actually passed in April, and I needed a place to store all of our furniture and stuff while I looked for a new apartment. They were having a deal where you get the first month free, so I only had to pay a small move-in fee and opted for a climate controlled unit. The 10x10 was perfect for the few weeks I was there. I completely cleared the unit out and checked out a few days before my free month was up. They could have easily tried to pin an extra monthly fee or something else on me, but Lexa didnt charge me a cent extra and wished me well! This a great place that I recommend and will be using should I need some extra space in the future!

I would recommend Extra Soace storage to everyone. They were so nice, and extremely helpful. I needed space for storage, during a large move to Houston, and was on a tight time schedule. John listened to my needs, and took me directly to the appropriate size space that I needed, and made things expedient. Not to mention how nice, and clean this storage facility is. Thank you John, and Lexa! You guys really helped me out of a jam.

John was the best customer experience Ive had since Ive rented ANY storage unit while living in Texas! Everything was explained in a thorough manner with patience and time applied to my needs. I was unable to meet Lexa, however I spoke with her and she was very polite! I appreciate the friendly customer service provided when initial booking was made. I recommend this clean and friendly atmosphere to all residents!

The employees Lexa and John at this place are awesome. The facility here is kept up very neat and clean. they go above and beyond ur needs and are very humble and helpful. The environment around LEXA AND JOHN are very friendly. If I would have to rent a unit or just hang out this would be the place to be. Good job guys keep up the good work.

After searching 3 different facilities, I have found the cleanest and safest facility around. The manager Steve even helped me unload my things. Their prices were the best I could find in this area. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.
