I was needing a particular size storage and was really pushed for time in finding one since I am moving shortly. I called Move it Self Storage and the representative told me about this unit here as well as the cost and asked me if it would fit my needs. Shortly after I got off the phone with him; Mike called me. He was so nice, and asked me several questions and told me the hours that he was opened until. I did go and get the storage unit the same day, when I got there he had swept it out for me and showed me where it was and during the whole process of the paperwork he was extremely courteous and professional to me. And I want to take time out to thank him and let anyone know if they are looking for a storage unit, this is the place to go...

They will lure you in with a reasonable price, and not tell you it will go up. I was told the special was $25 a month for as long as I pay for a 5X10. Within 6 months they raised it twice up to $40. Each time they claim it was due to operational expenses. Asking the owner about the charge he said it was the normal price. When he showed me the contract and asked where it said it was 25 a month. It clearly did on the contract. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Michael & Hal were very sweet! I called, was given a price that was in no way comparable to the 5+ other facilities that I called. I thought maybe I wouldnt like it in person. I went to the location & they have a gated facility with personal access codes, cameras, & clean units! The customer service was A1! I was also able to reserve a Uhaul there & made it very convenient for me! You will be pleased!

I would HIGHLY recommend MOVE IT Self storage to anyone needing space. The space I got was CLEAN and very spacious! I worked with Michael and he went out of his way to make I was happy with the unit and the service there. If you need storage and if youre in that area...Thats your place. The other renters seem to be pretty nice as well. They wave and say Hello as they pass by. 2 Thumbs Waaaay Up!!!

Excellent customer service. More than you can expect from a storage facility. More neighborly and less money hungry than most businesses. I feel confident storing my belongings here.Michael, the manager, is very helpful, courteous, polite and responsive. I highly recommend you consider Move It for your next place to store your belongings.

Michael was the best. It really sucked moving all of stuff in the dog days of summer but this guy made it so much easier. The unit was clean and he even gave us a lock. Great instructions and the price was the lowest we could find.
