I had a reservation set for 1pm in the afternoon and communicated that I would be about 30 minutes late. The individual on the phone said that they would be on lunch if I didnt come by 1pm, or I could wait until 2:15pm. Livid, I communicated that I had an event I needed the vehicle for and that I was simply running behind. With an annoyed "deep sigh" the individual told me theyd wait. Feeling like I was ruining someone’s day I actually rushed over and was there before 1:30pm ONLY to find out they ALL left, went on lunch, and didnt bother to tell me. I called the service line and the operator got in touch with the OWNER, who met me there. When the owner arrived just shy of 2pm, I was basically in disbelief by the service thus far and asked why they closed their entire shop for lunch, and reiterated what an inconvenience I had been made to feel by the person I spoke to. The OWNER actually said, "Well it was very inconvenient for us, too." My jaw dropped. I am a business owner as well and I would NEVER make any of my customers feel uncomfortable for being a few minutes late NOR would I close my entire shop so the crew could go to lunch together. This is by far the most unprofessional encounter Ive had with any Uhaul or business in general and its for this reason I will not only NEVER use this location again, but will give YELP and Google the same review on this location. Terrible business policy.

I just wanted to say Krisha was awesome to work with my move in date moved a couple of time but she kept my unit held for us it was a climate controlled large 15 x 20 was what we needed due to the paperwork and some furniture that we needed to store. The property is in a great spot for us and was very clean and had plenty of carts and dollies to use to make the move in process very easy. I would recommend Simply self storage in South-lake to anyone that needs a storage space that is very clean, well taken care of, and at a good rate. Thanks,

Dragon Storage is a perfect place to store goods for any reason, with the assurance that they are safe, dry, temperature controlled if needed, and accessible at my convenience. Ms. Thompson was very helpful when I needed to find a place for my goods during a transition. I felt that I was being hospitably welcomed into someones home! Dragon Storage is clean, easy to maneuver, and offers carts and dollies for assistance. I highly recommend them as the best option for safe storage in the Southlake area.

I was extremely impressed with the staff (Krisha and Chris) and their flexibility, cooperation, and assistance during my storage needs. In fact, the day I was moving stuff into my storage unit I realized I needed more space. I called Simply Self Storage, and they were able to accommodate me with a larger unit and handled all the paperwork over the phone so by the time I got to the unit, I was able to move everything into the larger unit. Great service and I highly recommend them!

After confirming the unit, went to property and it wasnt available. They tried to up charge to bigger unit for more money. Left and called main number to see what happened. They played dumb and hung up. Sounded like a scam! I will stay away.

I needed a trailer to haul off some brush and tree limbs. Dragon Storage had a 5x9 trailer, but it had a broken tail light. They gave me a 6x12 trailer for the same price. Friendly staff, good service, and reasonable prices.
