My experience with east fort worth bargain storage was great. Great customer service from "Jenna." Every single time I had an issue...she helped me out every single time. She works with you and is very understanding. If I could recommend this storage to anyone i would highly recommend Jenna to assist with any of your customer service needs. No one else. She is friendly and an awesome rep. I work in customer service, all my life. I know how youre supposed to do. So I give jenna 10 stars on a scale of 1-5. Shes just that awesome. I mean this from experience.

Raul has been always going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. He is very friendly and professional. I have had the best experience with Fort Worth Bargain storage and I have had many. I came over from extra space storage and the price is a lot better. I also have two other storages currently. As soon as I get time, I will move them to here. Raul even helped me when I lost my storage keys. He found someone who cut the lock off. I really appreciate the customer service. Thanks Fort Worth Bargain Storage.

My first experience with bargain storage was pleasant, informative and it was what a rental experience should be.the manager Jenna is a prime example of what a first class rental agent should be.She was pleasant and very professional.the facility itself was very clean and well maintained and secured. surveillance cameras everywhere.i have used several storage facility all over the metroplex and this is the best in fort worth. bar none.. wish i had found this place sooner. ill give bargain storage 2 thumbs up....

This storage facility is well put together, Jenna handles situations when need handled do t have any problems with anything. I love the customer service and how well they handle things here. Its sort of like were a community that looks out for each other and I like the atmosphere . I believe Jenna was the right fit for this position because there is never really a time shes Not making sure everythings Ok .

Im glad I stopped at Bargain Bin storage they have great personal that help you decide the signs that would be best 4 you the cost of the units are a lot better then the other ones I have checked on theyre a lot better shape property is real clean security is tight no after-hours Mischief which is great the special they have on now is really awesome come down and check them out you wont go wrong

East Fort Worth Bargain storage has been one of the best experiences. Good customer service , excellent when it comes to getting things done. The site manager Raul describes the different unit sizes and payment options in a friendly, easy to understand way. He was also knowledgeable of the overall business operations, different locations in the metroplex and the improvements made to this location such as upgrades to security and lighting. They have pro rated payment options that includes free months just ask!

Very clean storage unit. The man who signed us up was kind and courteous. Made me feel at home and that my things would be safe. Provided me with the perfect size units to meet my needs. He was very accommodating. I like the fact that they have video cameras from every angle so you know who is there at any time of the day. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure.

Prices are very reasonable. Mgmt is courteous, reliable & able to answer all questions. They had units available & able to meet my needs everytime I needed them. Only downfall is I cant access my storage after 8pm. That is too early in the evenings.
