I needed a storage asap and close to where I would be moving. Samantha was very helpful and tried to sell me very thing in the store lol. I got a great deal on the size unit I rented and was satisfied when I left the place. One week after I got the unit, I go to get a few things that I needed and I was denied access. Its after hours so of course no one was there that could help me andbI had someone drive from across to town to help me get some things out of the storage. So hell yeah Im pissed. I call customer service and she gave me a new access code because my account was in good standings. The gate opens and I precede to my unit and there is a lock on my unit. Now Im hotter than fish grease. I call customer service again and she tells me there are no notes and she cant see why they would have put a lock on it. She also said there was nothing else she could do and apologized. Now what does an apology mean to me at this point, let me tell you not a damn thang. So I call the office and poor Samantha picks up the phone, I calmly asked why my unit had a lock on it and she explain there had been some suspicious activity and they put locks on the units and they we waiting for me to come in and ask if I had seen anything. Really you locked my stuff up and was waiting on me to come in to snitch. Man I blew a gasket. She calmly told me that the manager told her to take the locks off that morning so I have access to my unit now. Really I needed access the day before. She quickly offered he manager number. When I call him I get a voicemail. I left a very stern message to call me back. Its been a almost two days and Im still waiting..... I paid for a month and Im in so rush to get the rest of my stuff but I will never rent from any Public Storage again. P.S. Invest in cameras!!

We had our camper securely parked at this storage facility; well we thought it was secure. We were told that an employee made rounds twice daily to inspect our property to assure it was safe. When we went to pick up the camper we found that someone had popped up the roof and had been sleeping in it nightly. There was a big hole cut in the fence so that the intruder could enter and exit the facility as needed. It was obvious that it had been going on for quite some time as the cushions, wood, curtains, and canvas was soaked from rain entering the camper. The company’s response was that they were not responsible for any damage. It was evident that our property had not been inspected daily as promised if ever at all. They weren’t even aware they had a hole in the fence! The manager, John Ramsey only spoke to me once, and then never would return my call. We should have been notified as soon as the camper was broken into so that we could have secured it and the damage would have been minimal. That is not the case due to the negligence of the company and its employees. Don’t take a chance and store your valuables here!

Incredible job by Michelle. I had called a couple of hours before and she was ready for me. She had already researched the storage unit and had one picked out for me. Love her, thank you for the great service. Well I had to go back several months later and rent a second unit when we decided to move and needed to store more things. I was so distressed about the size of the unit and how large of one I needed, Michelle was incredible she talked me through my thoughts and help me plan how to pack the unit so I could utilize all the space correctly. Michelle is incredible.

Michelle was tremendously helpful in every possible way. She was very patient, thorough, and explained all options after I told her what it was I was looking for. She took me to the two different sizes of units I asked to see, and even described how best to utilize the unit itself-how to stack items so that you could still see what you had, etc. Michelle is a customer service genius!! Thank you, Michelle, for ALL you did to make this such an easy experience!!

I arrived right at closing due to traffic and a train and looks as if things were being shut down and locked. I quickly explained that I had a reservation and ran into some interference and without a sob story she kindly assisted me. I could see she was ready to go but not by her attitude but by a couple of inbound calls who seemed to be concerned family. I want to say thanks again to miss Clara.

Weve had our storage unit for about a month and a half so far and everythings been going well. Samantha is very helpful and provides all the information we need. We were needing to upgrade to a bigger unit, and because of her help we decided to stick with public storage rather than see other storage facilities. The location is good, and the facilities here are very well taken care of.

Even though the manager was really nice and helped me get a unit. I wasnt even there a week and got over $500 of home items stolen out of my storage. I will not come back to rent here. I had to call the cops and do an investigation as well as file a claim. They need cameras and its scary, somebody or anybody could get robbed or even hurt here late at night. Just be careful.

I needed to rent a small space for a short period of time. At first I booked at a different location but found this location closer. I was transferred and even managed to get a promotion. Courtney was so nice and helpful and made sure I knew about all the deals. The 5x5 unit is way more spacious than I thought it would be. Would definitely recommend.

Michelle is the shizniee. (Awesome sauce) great customer service, fast service, gave us a walk through! When we arrived she was cleaning the whole unit, and when she seen is she greeted us as if we were visiting her at home! I would highly recommend my friends and family members to store with Michelle!
