If you want a clean, modern, up to date storage facility then this is the place. If you want to be treated rudely, glared at just for showing up to sign up for your unit, ignored when you say hello, and just generally love bad manners from the manager, then this is also the place for you. I showed up to sign up for a unit and store my things and he was out on the property so I called the phone # on the door. He was rude on the phone and when he showed up in his little golf cart I looked him straight in the face and said hello, he walked right by without a word and theres no way he could have failed to hear me. When he opened the door he turned back to me and gave me a glare that could kill. If I didnt need to get my stuff stored that day I would have turned around and left. I had just about the same experience when I left. Manager is a complete jackass. There are a few old "good" reviews on here, and one that mirrors mine, but I suggest taking a look at other review sites as well, they support my experience.

I am a long-time renter at 1st Choice Stadium Storage. I found this place when I lived in Southlake, and have chosen to keep my items in storage here because I have had a good ongoing experience here over the years. Its always been easy to access my items, when necessary. I am confident my valuables are in good hands with the manager, Ray Chaney, on site. He is very helpful and goes out of his way to make it simple. Its easy to change unit size to accommodate my current needs. We keep a fishing boat parked out here, to keep it near lake Grapevine. Works well for us! I would recommend this facility to friends. Thanks, Ray!!

I am currently renting a storage space at 1st Choice Stadium Storage and so far my experience has been the best. Ray Chaney, the Manager on Site is so nice and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my question when I first leased my unit and personally took me to the space so I wasnt walking around not knowing where to go. My paper work was a breeze and again guided by Ray. The facility is ALWAYS clean and the gates have always been securely locked with a coded keypad so random people can not just walk in. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice Stadium Storage for your storage needs!!!

I recently moved to the Southlake area and have been looking for a storage facility. I was referred here by a friend and I have to say I am so thankful I found this place! The staff members are friendly and informative, the facility was impeccably clean, and they sent a truck to my house to move all of my things into storage. The service was on time (this never happens with movers!) and the team they sent was amazing!

Would never use this place again. Head management was EXTREAMLY RUDE. No one should ever talk to another person like this man talk to my family. If you like being treated nicely and not talk down upon, this is not the place for you. The disrespect was unreal.
