We have used this storage unit for over 9 months now and very happy with it. My husband’s parents used to rent it for a very long time for their Christmas decorations and were very pleased, too. The personal is very nice and friendly, and very helpful! They know what they are doing! When you sing the contract they give you all the information you need in the envelope so everything is clear and there are no more questions left! Also, you get the card with your storage unit number and the code, plus, gate & office hours’ info. Also, they let you use their moving truck for the whole day free of charge. You just need to refill it with the gas. That was very nice and let us save $. In addition, we got the first month free! The gate is available every day (365 days a year) Monday thru Sunday at 6:00 am – 10:00 pm which is very good time, basically available any time we need it. You have a code to open the gate (that you choose yourself when sign the contract). You don’t even need to leave your car; the gate opens and closes itself! It’s very convenient. The storage unit is good. You can pick one of the right size / even with the climate control if you wish. It’s clean and ready to be used. You will have to buy a lock to put it on your door. The storage place provides you with the good selection of locks and anything you need to move – boxes, tape, wrapping materials and so on. The way you pay for the storage is great! You can pay on-line, or fill in the autopay card so each month your payment will be automatically charged to your credit card and you will not have to worry about the due date. Also you can pay at the storage place, of course. You feel very safe there and no doubts our belongings are secure in the storage unit. I wish I could say that my experience was as great as the other reviews I have read. However unfortunatly from day one I was not to over impressed. This was the first and last time I hope to have to strore anything outside my home. It was easy to sign up on line but when arriving at the office the paperwork process was not the most pleasent and the representive that helped me was rather short ... maybe had an off day ... When we hit month 5 we were notifed that rent was going up ... really not an annual but after 5 months ... when I called to complain and find out ... I was simply told that is what we do ... they never offered to help me decide if maybe I needed a smaller unit or anything at all .... I checked with the friends that referred me to them and yes in fact unfortunatly for them in a 1 year time they experienced not only one rent increase but three. Honestly did not seem like positive business to me. We gave away most of our storage and kept only what needed to be and moved out. Just remember to ask more questions so you dont feel like you got taken advantage of.

this is an older facility that was purchased by Extra Space and tastefully remodeled. we just moved in - we are paying less for a larger unit than what we had at public storage on grapevine highway. even though the facility is older, our rented unit was immaculate and in great shape. the door even stays open! the people that run this place are very nice and they actually answer the phone - and there are enough people there to be attentive. furthermore, we had some cardboard to throw away and they let us use the dumpster as long as it was all flattened. couldnt say that for public storage either - they absolutely would not let us put anything in the dumpster. for what we were paying - that is absurd. beyond that, i was so tired of dealing with phone trees and staff shortages at our former unit - this is quite the upgrade. overall im very happy we moved! i only hope that the rate hikes here will be a little more reasonable than they were at public storage.

Hi, I just wanted to let you all know that my experience thus far has been an AWESOME one. Ms. Debbie exceeded my expectation and was very friendly and helpful. The property is very well kept and I was very surprised that the property has a public restroom outside and its actually very clean. This is a nice perk to have on site and then to be clean, well, that just tops it off for me. A positive attitude goes a long way and Ms. Debbie had such a warm inviting spirit. It makes a world of difference when doing business to have a person that cares about their job and what they do. Customer service is everything and for the most part humans are quicker to complain about what wasnt right than what was right. Keep up the GREAT work! I will definitely recommend this location to anyone that comes across my path looking for a storage place.

I absolutely LOVE this location. They were willing to work with every need I had. Josh (the manager on site) was super friendly and very easy to work with. The staff was also very professional and kind. During my stay, I NEVER felt uncertain. I had a very expensive show car in a unit at this location and never once had ANY ISSUES. It was in a very nice area, quite and clean. The price was fair as well. I will most definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs somewhere safe and reliable to keep their stuff stored. Thank you Josh and Extra Space Storage for the stay there ! I will most definitely do business again in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very happy with the service and the time that Justin Hills provided for me, very professional, took the time to really walk me around the facility to find the right unit that would be suitable for me. Extremely polite and made me feel comfortable and sercure about my personal belongings being stored on this property. I went to several storage locations and by far this location had not only professionalism, but also showed care about my personal belongings. Politeness and professionalism goes a long way. Hands down i would recommend this storage to all.
