We were excited to find this place because it was close to our apartment and it was well taken care of. However, when we showed up instead of getting one unit they told us we would have to take two smaller ones. Not a huge deal but also not what we talked about. We were a little frustrated to have to run out and get another lock. Our issue came when we were ready to down-size. We thought that because we were renting two units it would be okay to move down to one and thus pay for only one. WRONG. When we moved out and told them they said we could not do that and when we inquired on the price it was nearly the same as paying for double the space. They were very rude on the phone and we even talked to the district manager who also seemed like he could care less. We moved our stuff out immediately due to price craziness and very bad customer service. Be careful they will switch things around on you and you are stuck because they know moving is an ordeal.

We love the facility. It is clean and well maintained. Access is convenient from Hwy. 360. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our unit is climate controlled and we are always satisfied with the temperature when we are there. Only negative is that prices are regularly raised. Our rate started at $109 in 9/07 and as of 3/10 was $131. Thats a 20% increase in 2 1/2 years. Our rates have been adjusted upward about every 10 months. We recently discovered that new customers can rent comparable space at this same facility for $30 to $50 less than we are paying! If you know you are going to rent for a longer than a year, negotiate a long term rate or be prepared to move when the rates are adjusted.

Ive been with this facility for two years and although the management team is friendly, the air conditioning in the climate controlled units have gone out for extended periods. It happened once last year and two weeks in June of this year and here in Dallas the temperatures have been in the upper 90s. I was told the a/c unit is broken and the facility is waiting on parts. This information was sent to me via email. Ive also spoken with the manager about this and was told that corporate needs to approve a contractor prior to getting the a/c fixed. If you need storage in a climate controlled unit, this is not the place.

I went here looking for storage as I am going to be out of the country for awhile. The young lady that assisted me was by far the most professional and knowledgeable person that I have talked to in the last week while I was shopping for storage. This company should be very proud to have a employee like this. The knowledge and the effort she put forth to insure that I understood all the in and outs of storing was remarkable. I will certainly store here when I move.

The management there is outstanding!!! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Clean facilities. I feel safe having my my stuff stored there and know they are well protected!!!! I cannot express my gratitude enough with how helpful and kind they are and how willing they are to work with my family and I. We only needed a unit for a few months and due to my bad eye needed to make a last minute change to a larger unit. Norm Smith was super helpful throughout the entire process. In fact, every person I delt with at this location was great. The property is spotless and the service is top of the line. Im not sure what more you could ask for in a storage facility! Debb was extremely friendly and helpful! Not many storage facilities with large units that are reasonably priced. Very clean inside and out. I feel very confident that my belongings will be secure while stored here. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. Both Deb and Mark were very knowledgeable about the facility and the lease agreement.

Ive had a storage unit here for about two years and have had the best experience. The staff is wonderful - Joe is so nice and helpful. The facility is extremely clean and in the two years Ive been here, Ive never found a bug or rodent in my unit. The grounds are kept secure and Ive never had to worry about my stuff being here. I highly recommend this facility.

Most painless experience EVER. Manager Joe knows his stuff. Gets you the unit you want/need and all the paperwork and legal jazz done in a snap. This is the best storage facility Ive ever had. The lobby is pristinely clean, and the manager, Joe, is extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to move in and out with no problems whatsoever. I love the drive up access to these units. Great price for such a great facility!

The young lady in the office is the nicest, she puts the customer back in customer service. I didnt rent here but only because the size I wanted was not available. If in the future if I need more storage I will come here. I would recommend this facility to anyone .
