I thought I had a great relationship with the folks at this storage facility. I kept my things there over two years. I moved out of state and assumed my belongings were safe. Unfortunately, during the time I rented the space, I struggled to pay the rental fee on time, as I was having difficulty finding a job. At one point, they cut my lock and used their own. I ultimately paid my bill, along with the fee involved. I recently flew back to Texas and rented a truck to retrieve my belongings. Once I returned to my home state, I put "everything" back in a storage unit locally. I recently unpacked everything and found numerous boxes missing, that included items that are not replaceable, as they were wedding gifts from my deceased husband & my wedding! I have thousands of dollars of items missing and this storage facility is the only ones that had access to my things. I plan to pursue legal proceedings if my items are not given back to me!!

DONT USE THEM! This place is FILTHY, DIRTY & infested with Rodents! The Staff is RUDE & unprofessional! We notified HEATHER in their front office & the district manager after discovering our entire 10x20 unit (that is in the middle of their complex) is infested with rats! They have left urine & fecal matter all over thousands of dollars of household furnishings and even though we have been paying extra for their so called "insurance" for over a year on top of their over-priced storage fees...the "insurance" pretty much covers everything that wont happen BUT doesnt cover rodents! This company is aware of their problem and refuses to take responsibility to exterminate or help those that pay for their "rats" that end up damaging all of your property! Save yourself the misery and money and find a better, cheaper & rat-free storage unit to keep your belongings safe!

We have used and benefited from storage facilities all over the country and none can compare to yours for cleanliness, design, lighting, amenities such as air conditioning and electrical outlets, and hours of access. But, what really sets you above all the rest is Heather, your manager. I have been in the public relations profession, on an international scale, for 40 years and have never seen her equal for courtesy, thoughtfulness, knowledge, and professionalism!

Just got done renting a storage unit from CJ in corinth, and WOW! Until today, Ive NEVER had a more enjoyable experience at any other location in the past decade, than with CJ. This man has garaunteed my business for the foreseeable future and I look forward to forwarding all my friends and family to us storage centers in Corinth! The facilities are Immaculate, not even a hint of pest problems (rats, roaches, spiders, moths, locusts, etc etc), and a super convenient location off 35e. Thank You, CJ!

I have been renting a storage unit for about half a year now. Everything has went well so far. Units are easily accessible and it is well it; However, I have had some problems with making payments. There was something wrong with the system at one point and I got sent around to multiple people for about 30 minutes simply to make my monthly payment. Last month was the first time it was not a hassle to make my payment. Other than this, things have been great. I would recommend to others

I have used this storage facility for over two years and Jonathon has been great to work with. When I had some wires crossed with the bank getting payments made timely Jonathon was on top of it right away and took care of the problems with the storage facility our bank created. If you think all storage places are about the same, the people that run them really make the difference. Id recommend AC Self Storage to anyone needing temporary or long term storage.

Ive rented a unit at AC Self Storage in Corinth for over six years. I cant recall a poor experience in that time. It is well lit, easy to access from the front or rear and well maintained. Since the new management took over a few years ago, communication has been better. Yes the rates have gone up, but I have checked other facilities in the area and they are competitive (and others are booked up; supply and demand).

I needed a storage unit for my moms stuff that was near my sisters house. The office is not usually open on Sunday, but they were kind enough to have someone meet me there and fill out the paperwork so that I could move her things into it and get back home (a five hour drive). I had reserved the space but failed to notice the lack of Sunday hours. The space is clean and well lit. Id recommend it highly.

Safe and secure property never had a problem. Very nice and helpful office / management staff. Complaints? They raised my rent within the first 6 months.. and the late fee after 5 days is very expensive! Also you must purchase insurance for your unit.. no option. I would recommend AC Self Storage for the level of security and customer service but be prepared to pay a premium for your unit.

The manager was very helpful when we moved into our unit. She helped us select a size and had another unit open for us in case we needed more room. I gave four stars because of a company policy that does not allow them to pro-rate the rent if you vacate the unit after the fifth of the month. I would definitely give five stars for service and would rent here again if necessary.

I was looking for a place to store my classic truck and US Storage is across the major road from our house. I met with Heather and she asked what I needed and then showed me the ideal unit that would make parking my truck very easy (plenty of clearance). I accepted on the spot and she was very efficient at setting of the lease, access, etc. it was a very pleasant experience!

AC Self Storage is a great place! Staff members are always very friendly and very willing to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Jonathan the manager does whatever he needs to do to make sure customers are happy and their belongings are safe. I highly recommend them to my friends and family and anyone needing a storage Unit.

Heather was very personable and willing to spend time explaining rates, unit size, etc. She even had me come down to take a look and make sure it was the correct size I needed. She was willing to help and answer any questions I had. Were looking for a short term rental and Ive found our spot for the next few months.

The first time I came by the office was around 10:30 on a Friday morning and it was closed. Apparently the manager was on the phone so she couldnt help me. I did come back though and after dodging the construction people blocking the drive I got everything set up. Heather was very helpful and the unit was clean.

Ive had a storage unit at AC Self Storage going on 10 years now and have even added another unit. The problem I have now is that the rates seem to go up every other month. I get a letter from them constantly stating this fact and management seems to change as much as the rate does.
