Great secure location. Ive been there 3 years and Ive never had an issue. I sometimes work on my boat late into the evening and never feel worried about bothering anyone or being bothered. My experiences with the owner has always been positive, both the owner and his family have been friendly to me and my family. Other renters have always been friendly too.

Owner is a horrible person. Was there for last two years, kept to myself and respected the property. On April 24 the owner Carl DeWitt verbally attacked myself and family. He continued to say lude thing about my special needs grandson in effort to cause me to hit him and make this a phisical confrontation. You do not want to use this facility.

Owner was great to work with. He had a flock of birds feeding in his pond. A birder wanted to take some close-up pictures. He allowed us into the property. It is a well-secured boat storage location. Looked like a great place for boat storage also.

Ive stored my boat in several boat storage barns and At Waters Edge is the best of all of them. The owner is pleasant and helpful, the grounds are well maintained and the owner lives on the property. Five Stars for sure. Michael Evans
