My experience with Life Storage is exceptional. I had rented storage space from few other companies before. But LifeStorage was different. Internet portal is very informative and customer service at the location was very professional. I had rented a Climate Controlled unit @LifeStorage. Pathways within facility is comfortably wide to drive Truck and Trailors. Rented unit was very clean without any sign of ants or bugs. I took advantage of free Truck rental also. It was a very nice truck but outside paint is vinyl based. So took extra caution not to touch anything. Overall, LifeStorage will be my first choice for next rental!

I had a tough situation so I went and shopped around for space to store my belongings for a brief period of time. I went to three different storage facilities in coppell TX. While one of the storage offered a good deal on a space I ultimately choice Life Storage on MacArthur blvd. 1. The Manager greeted me immediately and appeared happy to help me with my needs 2. Doreen showed me a couple of options I decided on the one I needed. 3. The property looks well taken care of. I will be moving my belongings to Life Storage in Coppell. Thank You for being so helpful !

For anyone considering using Uncle Bobs- I would highly recommend it. My husband I are naturally weary of any type of short term leases/contracts because of shady billing experiences weve had other places, but our time with Uncle Bobs was smooth sailing! We had a climate controlled unit for a little over a month. The unit was delivered as described. We were billed what we were told we would be and terminating upon move-out was simple. A good experience in an otherwise very hectic relocation!

I was single and very scared looking for a storage last minute earlier this year. The lady in the office was very sweet from beginning to end. I had a climate-controlled storage that was great for the few months I was using it. The lady in the office and the gentleman I dealt with helped me each time. Payments and dealings with them never took more than 5 minutes, I was always in and out and was greeted with a smile. Id refer them to anyone I know. 5-stars all around for customer service.

Doreen the manager there is exceptional she goes out of her way to accommodate you. She will go the extra mile if a customer needs help and is very compassionate to your needs. She keeps a very clean site and is very protective of who enters or leaves the premises. She has assisted me and made me aware of procedures to protect me against loss. Every time I go to pay my bill the place smells very clean. I highly recommend this storage facility and management is suburb.

My friend and I were looking for a place that sold boxes to pack up my Mothers apartment after her death. Your place was right on the way to our destination, My friend saw the sign. I went back on another day because I needed more boxes. Both times the person at the desk was the best part of my day. Both of them were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Uncle Bobs for any of your needs that they can fulfill.

We just had the best experience with this facility. Id recommend. The person upfront, she was very nice, knowledgeable, and made this worthwhile. The facility itself, specifically climate storage, was cool on a hot summer day in Texas. They even gave us a free one-time rental of their truck. You cant beat that.

We got there and Nic helped us out. We were moving with an almost impossible schedule but Nic made sure we had a truck for the time we needed it. He even stuck around during his lunch break because he knew we were coming! Id give this place 10 stars if I could. Go see Nic, hes awesome!

My wife and I only needed the space for a couple of months. The property was clean and the manager is incredibly helpful and friendly. I recommend this location if you need storage. The prices are competitive to other storages in the area and they have a truck which was a plus.

This is my second time renting with Uncle Bobs. I find the facility to be well-kept, safe and secure. The service I receive from the manager and her assistants is top notch. I didnt have a climate-controlled unit, but my items were good when I retrieved them each time.
