I needed to pay my monthly bill and was close to this location while doing errands. This is not my public storage facility. The lady I spoke to whose name was Vicki was so professional and nice. While I was paying my bill, she asked if I could use any packing supplies such as boxes and tape.I was just over the moon at the thought. Reason being, one of the many errands I was to do this day was to obtain some boxes, probably from a dumpster to help pack up my youngest son for college. She helped cut my busy day in half just with this help. I was able to go home and spend a little more quality time with my son before sending him off to school . Thank you Vicki, you were wonderful. !!

They were informative, considerate, and extremely polite. The grounds were clean and the office was organized. When we came in there was a guy in front of us.The guy became rude and cursed inappropriately to the manager, Kristen. She acted professional and handled extremely well. She apologized for the mans behavior. I witnessed no unappropriate behavior on the staffs behalf. Both Kristen and Jasmine where professional and kind to us. We will continue to use Public Storage. Ive used PS for many years. Im proud of how they handled themselves in a difficult situation.

Both Bravo & Vicky were such an amazing help and great customer service. Bravo was able to help me with the perfect storage for my storage needs. Vicky is an amazing person and understandable. I had car issues my car died and had to leave it inside the property for a while and she called me right back to let me know the sha had the help I needed to get my car started and running. Both were very generous and helpful to the EXTREME! Will definitely keep using Public Storage at there location.

Kristen the property manager has always been super helpful every time I come in. Shes friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful even bringing me a cart upon move in. Today I met Kristen and she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a friendly smile & asking how she could assist. Generally in a storage facility I would expect the customer service to be lacking but I have nothing but positive things to say about this location! Would highly recommend!!

I booked through online. The property manager, Vicki was very kind in helping me to choose the size and getting done registration process. I was not expecting the additional insurance and lock fees. But she walked me through the procedures. During the unloading and every visit Vickie was so helpful and she maintains the units well. Overall a great experience with this facility so far. Thank you Vicki for all the help.

I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of service I received during my signing up for a storage unit at 12075 Denton Drive, Dallas, TX. Vicki was informative, professional and very pleasant to talk with. The storage unit I was shown was clean and exactly what I required. This is not my first experience with Public Storage and obviously I wouldnt go back to them again if my previous experiences were not acceptable.

I dealt with Debra on the phone and Kristina processed my paperwork in the office. They were wonderful. When I was unable to make my reservation, Debra extended it to the next day and honored the special for me. Kristina was very knowledgeable and polite while explaining how the process worked. I wish they had more carts and 24-hour access. However I am very pleased with the way I was treated.

Her winning personality, coupled with her high level of professionalism, makes each customer feel welcomed and valued. As a long-term customer of Public Storage, I have seen staff come and go throughout the years, however, Debra stands head and shoulders above the others!

We were looking for a good deal to store our stuff while we transitioned into our new home. Their dollar deal for the first month drew us in. Debra helped us choose the best unit to fit our needs. She was so sweet and helpful. This location suited us perfectly too as our home was in the same neighborhood. Id recommend public storage to all my friends!

David was very helpful in setting up the unit rental, going over the agreement, explaining the costs, and the access. The unit, (climate controlled), was clean and exceptionally well maintained. Over the years, Ive used temporary storage several times while moving between cities and homes. This experience has been the best of all of them. Thanks.

We rented 3 units in September 2013. We were always impressed by how well the entire area in and around our units was maintained. We vacated all 3 units yesterday, October 12, 2015. We reserved our unit online and when we got there Vicki was most helpful in finding us an alternate unit with more convenient access. She explained the lease/rental agreement in plain English and made sure we understood the details before moving forward. Shes an asset to your company and should be the model for a property storage Manager.

Christine was the best! I arrived around 9:15AM thinking that the opened at 9:00AM. She arrived about 5 minutes later and went inside. I went to the door when clock on my car turned 9:31AM but her clock said 9:27, she let me in and was very polite, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I recommend her any day!

Had a great customer service experience while we rented at this location. Vicki is extremely friendly and helped us find the best deal for the type of storage unit we needed. Whenever she was working while we came to our unit, she was always there to greet us with a smile and made sure everything was OK.

Vicki (the manager) made moving my sister and brother in law to Texas from Mississippi, much easier! She explained everything in detail, made moving into the storage easy and showed us around. It was a great experience, wonderful facility, and great price! Would highly recommend!

i just rented a unit there today, 9/24/11..the young female manager was very nice and professional...10 x 10 upstairs unit......that felt like it was climate controlled. but wasn.t....big elevator and free use of flatbed cart..low price...clean units....very pleased..so far....
