SARAH WALKER WAS EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE N POLITE. PROPERTY IS EXTREMELY WELL MANTAINENCED.... FREE MOVING TRUCK IS WORTH IT, IF ONE HAS JUST A FEW THINGS TO MOVE N ARE ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY. IM DISABLED AND HAD TO PAY FOR OLD UNIT DUE TO EXCESSIVE HEAT N THEY DONT OPEN TILL 9:30 N MORNINGS..... CAME BY TO RENT N THEY WERE CLOSED AT 7 A.M.... TEXAS HEAT ISNT TOLERATED BY MOST DISABLED.... THAT BEING SAID.... SARAH WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST WITH HELPING ME. THE NEW UNIT IS SAME PRICE AS OLD N TWICE THE SPACE AND HOURS OF ENTRY N SECURITY IS MUCH BETTER THAN MY OLD ONE I ENDED HAVING TO PAY FOR AS TIME RAN OUT ON TRUCK. ONE MUST MOVE SLOW IN EXTREME HEAT OR HAVE HEAT STROKE. TIME CONSTRAINT N TINY TRUCK, FORCED ME TO PAY PUBLIC STORAGE ANOTHER $100!!!!! THUS SAVING ME NOTHING AS I HAD HOPED FOR. N THE LONG RUN..... I WILL SAVE AND FEEL MUCH SAFER ABOUT MY BELONGINGS!!!!! OVERALL... WORTH IT FOR A DISABLED WIDOW WHO HAD NO ONE BUT TWO KIDS I PAID TO MOVE ME.... WILL SLEEP BETTER.. KNOWING I HAVE CHOSEN A SAFER, N BETTER MANAGED PROPERTY AND NO MORE BREAK INS AT PUBLIC STORAGE FOR ME!!!!!!!!

First off, i rarely write reviews on establishments and their staff. But, my experience at this particular Cube Smart deserves compliments when its due. We had reserved a unit online because of its location and price which was perfect for our means! :) What happent next was totally unexpected. We had an appointment to see the unit and do paper work at 330pm, unfortunately we were running late due to previous matter so we called that we to adjust to a later time. They were more than accommodating over the phone even though it was nearing their closing time:) when we got there we were welcomed by Walt, who was very warm and friendly. A quick verification on our reservation and he handed us over to May for the viewing of the unit. May, toured us on their golf cart and was quick to make us comfortable, made us feel as if weve been their tenant for years! :) The facility and units we saw were super clean and Well taken cared for. Sealed the deal with a signature few laughs and farewells! I recomend this place to everyone! Look for May or Walt! They wont waste your time! :)

I was in the final stage of a move at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday and was determining if I needed an additional storage unit. My movers were assessing the space and we flagged down Stormi who was driving by in the cart. She was extraordinarily helpful and quickly found me a small unit close to my existing one. She helped me get all the paperwork done quickly & efficiently so we could keep the pay-by-the-hour moving processing going without any delay. Stormi is even doing some research to help me find a cost-effective truck for the next phase of my move. We were done by the office closing time of 5 p.m. but Im sure Stormi and the office team would have stuck around for additional time to help me if needed. Thank you Stormi!

Moved my items into storage in January. I was really afraid that this Texas weather would ruin my things in storage. Went to do a random walk-thru for my storage last week (July) and I was shocked! My storage was as clean as a whistle! It didnt have an odor! There were no bugs or rodents! No trash on the premises! Manager and staff friendly! Well lit interior! No problems with entry/exit for gate! And this place is VERY affordable!!! I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for quality maintenance of storage units.

Stormi was wonderful!! When I wasnt sure what size unit to get, she said she would show me a couple of different ones then we could decide. I got lost trying to find the location and she was so very patient in explaining to me where it was. When I arrived, I was hot and tired, and Johnny kindly held the door for me with a big, welcoming smile. Not only was I given awesome, above-and-beyond customer service, this was the best price of several places I called!! I will definitely recommend Cubesmart!

Stormie & May provided the greatest customer service you could ask for! I had searched & searched for the best and largest Storage unit, and just couldnt find it until I walked into Cube Smart and met these 2 ladies! They offered me everything I needed 30x12 X (2), 24hour access, a parking space, lit up at night and someone on site. I would certainly recommend them to everyone who is searching for a unit in the Coppell/Lewsiville area.

Went online and found Cube Smart to be close by, and because it was no obligation, I reserved a space in the size I need. I then went there to check out the place and it was super clean and the lady was very friendly. As my insurance covers off-site storage I had to get that proof from my agent and then I was all set. My space was super clean and the paperwork was simple. Great folks to deal with and nice facility.

Easy place to do business with! I am a new customer, but I do like this storage place so far. Manager and employee both provided great customer service to us. Manager even came in the office to help out the employee on her day off, because they got a little busy... how refreshing!
