Were should i start! I am currently looking to rent some storage space and after reading the reviews i thought this would be the right place for us. I called and spoke with a lady who was rude, impatiant with me and uninformed. I got zero attention to my needs and desires. When asked about what all the fees would add up to so i could have my money ready before heading that way (i live pretty far from little elm) i was told 3 more peoppe were interrested in renting their unit. I tried to be patiant and ask my question again. I was told that she eas currently at lunch and could not help me.

This place is very clean and safe. The customer service here is very personal. I have used this storage facility for over 6 yrs and would highly recommend it.
