This storage facility is simply awesome! Im moving from my house in Arlington, and needed a place to keep my stuff. This place meets all of my needs. Totally worth my drive and time. Its very clean, safe, organized, well lit, and easily accessible. They have climate controlled and non. They have conveniently placed flat carts right next to the elevators for you to use. Prices are definitely reasonable. Took my dad with me since he has had experience with other storage units, and he was very impressed with everything as well. Leasing a unit was super simple and stress free. I actually leased a 5x10 then changed my mind the next day. They were able to accommodate my request for a 10x10 right as I pulled up with our Uhaul. It doesnt get any more efficient than that!! The owners/managers, Rusty and Tara, live on site and make sure things are run the right way. They are very friendly, efficient, professional, and helpful. I called a few weeks before leasing, and Tara was very welcoming over the phone. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The first time I visited to lease my unit, they were not there, but when I came in the next day, Rusty greeted me by name and apologized for not meeting me the day before. He then asked about the service and interaction I received while leasing to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service! Very sweet and pleasant people. Save yourself the stress and lease your unit here. You will be very taken care of!!

I was extremely impressed with Rusty and Terras Advantage Storage. The first day I met them, I showed up right when the office was closing but they stayed late to help me. Even though it was late for them, they were very pleasant and friendly and really 100% customer oriented. They had a great special rate on the storage unit I rented and the entire facility was spotless and clean. I was able to move into the unit easily since they had a convenient location to load and unload and the hallways were wide enough and tall enough for me to use a dolly and move all my furniture myself. I was only renting my unit for 4.5 months and had only talked to Rusty and Terra 2 times in person, but on my last day there, they both remembered my first name and were very nice wishing me all the best in my new home. This is the first business I have ever reviewed, but the Raglands outstanding customer service and friendliness inspired me to write this recommendation. If youre going to store your belongings anywhere near Irving/ Las Colinas - the BEST choice by far is Advantage Storage Las Colinas!

The reason for my choosing Advantage Storage - Las Colinas initially was due to my transition from TX back to CA. At the time I viewed several properties, including Advantage Storage - Las Colinas. I immediately knew that it was the right fit. From the immaculate grounds to the extremely professional staff, I knew that my belongings were going to be stored at the best location. The Resident Managers, Rusty and Terra, were always friendly and professional - both in appearance and demeanor. I have zero regrets about my choice and only wish that I could clone them and their site for my storage needs in CA. Rusty and Terra - thank you for everything; should my professional relocations in the future bring me back to the Las Colinas area, I will immediately contact you for my storage needs.

It brings great sorrow as I write this review. Reality has set in that I am no longer part Advantage/ Wallace Family. I only planned on being a customer for a few months and ended up being part of a this family for almost 3 years. My experience here was nothing short of perfection. There level of professionalism, service excellence and customer service has surpassed any other establishment in storage facility market. It has taken me awhile to write this review as I am a very busy individual, Tara can vouch for that. However I did not forget as they NEVER FORGOT about ME!!!! I may have lost a storage but I have gained wonderful friends. ttyl Rusty P.S. I forgot to mention that they keep the building in pristine conditions. It will be an experience like no other.

When I called to inquire about a storage facility, Rusty and Tara were extremely friendly. The location is great!!!. I love the fact that they are on property and have security cameras going 24 hours. It is also a great addition that they have carts and dollys available for use while on property, this made it super easy for me to be able to move boxes. This was one of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I would definitely recommend the storage facility and the management! Rusty remembered my name the other day, 4 months after I got my storage there. Im extremely impressed with everything at Advantage Storage Las Colinas and I would recommend it to anyone who uses a storage for business or personal needs.

I would highly recommend this location for your storage use. This has been my first experience using storage and I am more than pleased thus far. The owner, Rusty and his wife Terra are very polite and helpful in understanding my needs and ensuring I would find the necessary space for my things. The Irving property is very convenient, well-kept and well-secured. I especially appreciated how they make it so convenient for your to transport your items (i.e. dollies, spacious elevators, etc). Even though their competitor (Public Storage) was less than 2 miles from where I lived, I still found Advantage to be a better option because of Rustys warm service, secure property and competitive rates. You will not be disappointed.

I secured a storage unit from Advantage Storage - Las Colinas and had an awesome experience. Rusty & Terra were so kind in helping me get situated with putting my things in storage while moving from one apartment until my new apartment was ready. Their storage facility is in a great location at a great price and is the nicest and cleanest that I have ever seen. They have elevators and equipment that just makes everything so easy. They say hello every time they see and always ask if there is anything that you may need. I was blown away at how nice they were and so easy to work. I was so sad to go. If I am ever in need of storage again, this is my storage away from home. Thank you again Rusty and Terra!

Rusty and Terra were great to work with, understood our needs and accommodated us at a reasonable price considering the location. The most important to me and main point was the cleanliness of the facility as well as the units we occupied. The floor were free of bugs, even in the hallway corners, stairway, etc. We have another unit at a corporate facility in Lewisville which is less than desirable due to the un-kept, messy premises. Rusty and Terra were always friendly and genuinely listened to our many stories as we departed Texas for another state. I would recommend the Advantage Storage - Irving/Las Colinas to anyone needing a place to store their goods.

I am beyond satisfied with Advantage Storage of Las Colinas and wish I had found them sooner. From day one Debbie, Rusty and Terra have gone above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. They show genuine interest in my satisfaction and have excellent follow up. The facility is very clean and well-kept. The unit is perfect, clean with a high ceiling, wide hallways and flatbed carts to transport items to the unit. At this location, customer satisfaction truly comes first. They go out of their way to make you feel valued. I find this refreshing. Thanks Terra, Rusty and Debbie. Who would have thought that getting storage could feel like joining a family.
