This place is killing me. First they told me that I could not access my outside access unit because they were doing construction (on a brand new building) for a week. I came back two weeks later and I still could not get in, there was a huge cement hole in front on my unit. Finally they got it fixed a week later than stated. Never got a refund or discount that month. I talked to a girl there about it and she said because they warned me of the construction they did not have to discount me doe the time I was not able to get in. The last night I went there to grab something and found out its covered in cement dust! My paintings, furniture and other home goods are now ruined. This dust is a nasty thick dust all over my stuff!!!! Stay away this place is not worth the money. Gonna be taking to my insurance about this tomorrow

I needed a storage unit after a recent move. I had a ton of stuff to store combining what was already in storage with business inventory and surplus items I couldnt fit in my new smaller place. My budget was very tight so I was stressing about having to get a unit. I was so happy when I started researching storage places near me and came across PS Frisco. They were running winter specials that got me a 10x15 climate controlled unit for less than what I was renting a drive up unit of the same size across town. Reserving the unit was easy and the walk through and signing the lease took no time at all. They were very thorough and clear when explaining the terms. They really saved me and the experience was great!

For starters this place is new and they have amazing prices. Believe me weve checked. Their prices are well below the competition in the area. The building is very clean and organized. The service is outstanding and friendly. Tim is the one who took care of my wife and I. The paperwork is quick and painless. I cant recommend this place enough. The location is great also. Oh, one heads up. A lot of apartments are being built nearby. You know how fast housing is going up in Frisco. This Public Storage is large and has lots of units. However, I can only imagine how fast the units will go when these apartments start to fill up. Stop by and check this place out. Ask for Tim.

Customer service was excellent. Tim was very helpful and courteous. There are a couple of negatives: the advertisement for $1 for the first month is misleading. It is not $1. The other is the code in the elevator. I love the fact of the high security, dont get me wrong but when you are moving a whole truck load and have to enter the code each and every time you get in is very difficult when you hire movers. The elevator doors only stay open a few seconds then close with stuff on board. We push the button to get the door to open and it opened the other elevator. It was somewhat frustrating. Overall this is a very nice storage place and very secure.

Bad experience, onsite manager is rude and harassing. They add an extra amount to your monthly dues for insurance costs, so the initial offer is misleading. They seem to have an issue with their auto-pay using credit cards, so be careful about late fees with them. Closed my account after a few months, removed lock from storage unit on the third day and they refused to refund me for the unused portion of the month. They WILL NOT pro rate, this is only a courtesy if they choose to do so. Should have looked elsewhere for a storage unit.

BUYER BEWARE! First the good... this place is very clean and very secure. That said, there is no "Free" first month. There is the $24 "administrative fee" and the "mandatory insurance premium" paid monthly, AND the $20+ for their lock. The bogus administrative fee is revealed up front, however the other add-on fees are presented at the end of over 30 minutes of paperwork and up-selling of over priced packing/moving supplies. Consumers should not put up with these tactics. Shady business practices!

Kelly and Mark were extremely friendly and helpful. Melt promptly called me within a minute after booking my unit online to set a time for me to come in. Once I arrived, she had already pulled my reservation and had the paperwork ready to go. She upselled, of course, but it was all in good business. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. The facility is very clean with a good ventilation system. I would recommend this storage facility.

I needed to find a storage area really fast. I had very little time to talk or shop around for a place to put my belongings. Thankfully Holly was very pleasantly persistant. She got me in for an appointment, understood my situation, and needs. Most importantly got me in and out with a unit fast, that fit my budget and property. Sometimes the best service is to understand what your customer time and needs are, Holly nailed it!

First I want to say Kelly was exceptional, she explained everything in detail and was very helpful in providing the information and options available when picking out the unit i finally settled on. The place is new, clean and very well laid out. We appreciate the security measures that you take to ensure the safety of our items, and the ease and convenience of access.

Marc is a great guy has a terrific personality, did a great job upgrading my original size I needed after we realized that we had not enough room to put her belongings in. I used public storage over the years and have been always pretty pleased . I appreciate the fact they have a staff who are willing to work with contingency plans as we needed.

My experience was top notch. They walked me to a few units to allow me to see the varying sizes first hand. This helped with deciding which unit would work best during my transition. The fees were higher then expected, however, the location was perfect as I do not have to drive all over just to recover my belongings.

First timers using storage philosophy. We picked given new facility, location, and flexibility. Worked out great! Management, Kelly specifically, was wonderful. Long term, we will use again, just a smaller space, probably to tackle the seasonal items.

Was very pleased with the overall experience and level of security in the building. Wish the climate control was a little better, and I wasnt encouraged to purchase something to keep the humidity out, but its just a small complaint.
