Susan and her team are simply the best, we can go to any other storage unit and get what we pay for. But when you need help with a problem, thats when you see they really care. Susan shows you that you are more than just a storage number and a lock! I think with the times being so hard, its great to see that she will always go that extra mile to make you feel that you are family. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Susan and staff take care of the facility and provide GREAT Customer Service to boot!!! My husband and I look for a place to storage our items it must be CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED and of course the front office meets you with a smile and makes the process of renting a unit out as stress free as possible. Which of course is a blessing when having to move. Thank you for all that you do.

I have rented storage in the past and never had the great service I get from Susan and the rest of the staff. It is always neat and clean in my area. I never see any need for maintenance; everything is always kept up. It is always a pleasure to stop in and chat with Susan; you can tell she truly loves her job.

Have rented several units over the past 14 years at this location.Customer service has always been great and Susan has been exceptional. She is always ready with a smile when you go in and always knows your name and remembers your unit #! She takes a personal interest in her renters and is always there to help.
