I recently had a situation where a shipment of chairs ended up in Frisco TX 2 months before I needed them. Im located in NC so this was a huge problem. I contacted a few storage facilities in the Frisco area with little success. I finally called Simply Self Storage and found an angel. Michelle Miller has gone so far above and beyond to accommodate the multiple issues Ive had. She has given me a level of service rarely experienced. This facility is very nice, clean, accessible and affordable. I cant recommend her and the facility enough. Top rating across the board. Thank you Michelle from all of us at THC.

I was looking throughout the Frisco/Little Elm area for a storage unit and stumbled across Simply Self Storage. I must say, Michelle Miller was very polite and courteous. She took me on a tour of the Stonebrook facility and I was very impressed. The units are very clean inside and out. Michelle answered all of my questions and even more she was just an absolute joy! We have just reserved a unit with Simply Self Storage and I have loved working with Michelle. She has been very helpful in sorting through our needs for a multi stage move and walked me through looking at all of their units. We had to change sizes and that was no problem. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of all of the units, they did not look used. Also the property is easy in and easy out. So far, an excellent experience!

The location is clean and well maintained, this you can be found in multiple other storage facilities. The service at this location on the other hand, I have not seen matched. It truly is excellent, the staff (dealt primarily with Michelle Miller) are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very willing to assist. Very impressed and finally swung my decision on who to go with.

Dont use this place. Multiple times I had items stolen from my unit. My vehicle was stolen from their "secured" property. Their cameras dont cover 90% of the area they say it will. Horrible place.
