This is my very first time using a storage place and I am absolutely satisfied. Both Ashley and Brittany helped me out and they are awesome. They answered all of my questions and my doubts. When I came in Brittany attended me. She gave me a tour, gave me options and found the right unit for me. For a 10 by 10 I got the first month FREE!!! I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a storage place. I promise you Brittany will take good care of you as she did with me. Thank you Brittany for helping me out and being patient with me making sure ALL of my questions were answered!

Brittany is such a treasure! I was having the worst day ever. I came in to pay my brothers bill and was expecting to walk out in a bad mood just like the one I came in with when Brittany took the time out of her day to make sure I was doing OK and talk to me. Her spirit and enthusiasm made all the difference. Then I go out to my car only to find my battery ran out of juice again. Brittany again stepped in and made a difference. She went to get her boyfriends keys and gave my car a jump. This girl deserves a raise!

Thank you for great customer service Annette...thank you....2/1 rating change...beware even though they claim to have security cameras...I placed my things in storage 1/31 and less than 24 hrs...I had 2 flat screens taken from my unit...GUESS WHAT? Cameras didnt catch anything...so store at your own risk. Or ask what area can the camera pick up...2/9 update...mystery solved...Customer service has remained on point. THANK U ANNETTE.

I went in and I was very frustrated due to the fact I had a bad experience at a previous storage do to my things being ruined and flooding and extremely bad customer service the manager Annette was very helpful and helped me calm down and assured me my things would be ok I been having my stuff here for four months now and I couldnt ask for a better manager or a better place to store my things

Brittany and Ashley were amazing! They made my move so easy. I wasnt for sure what size storage I would need, but after the phone conversation with Brittany, I was sure my storage needs would be met. Ashley was so polite, and easy to talk to. I was bummed about moving, but after speaking with her, I know that my things will be in good hands! I would recommend this storage place to anyone!!!

Love the customer care and location. Went to get my storage this afternoon and the property manager made everything convenient for me, and there was no line or long wait! Lord knows I love everything at my convenience, lol. My patience are going to be the death of me! Even the guy that did the reservation for me over the phone was great! Thanks guys

Kim was very helpful when we came to tour the property. She was very knowledgeable about how the units are priced and maintained. Finding a temporary home for your personal belongings is not easy. However, with Kims friendly guidance we felt at home and our belongings FOUND a home.
