Brad was very courteous and informative of all of my options on picking a unit, showed me how to open my unit door if it got stuck, recommended quality products to assist in my items being protected, answered all of my questions and assisted me to my car with my items purchased. Tanya is a great General Manager who also assisted in the purchase of my new unit. I like the location where it is very convenient to move all of my items in a expedient manner and showed me all the access, hours and the staff is very friendly. I recommend this CubeSmart to anyone who is in need of moving or storing items in nice clean clement control unit.

The managers were great and I thought the customer service was top notch. What I was not happy about was the added charges that were not made clear on their website. I had to have a special lock, insurance, and an admin fee on top of the monthly charge, which I was not aware of before booking. I thought I was going to be paying $51 for 2 months because the first one was free and ended up paying over $100. I warn anyone to call and they will be very clear over the phone, but the advertisement online was VERY misleading.
