I absolutely love Lalania!! She is the absolute best! I dealt with Public Storage in the past and it was not a good experience; and so, I decided I would never deal with them again. This was 6 years ago. But, my experience this time around is the best. Shes always extremely helpful with a great attitude. Every time I have to go into the office, she is trying her best to resolve peoples issues, no matter what it is and she has patience. .. Thank you Lalania for a wonderful experience this go around! !!

the storage facility is okay, the employees are is the problem as they park in front of my storage unit and are hateful when ask them to move in fact was told by one of the employess that we can park where we want and if you dont like it you can move your stuff to another storage facility, we dont care. Also, I have asked for an invoice for tax purposes as it is a bu8siness expense and can not get an invoice from public storage, their customer service is awful.

Erin was awesome on Sunday with a packed office of potential customers. She was professional and proficient. This morning we met Kathy and she was very patient with my sister who is OCD. Ronnie arrived and was very understanding of my sister and put her at ease and closed an ongoing conversation she was reliving over and over. Im a health care provider and I am very impressed with this team.

Stacy & Debra was very professional. They were extrwmel2busy when I arrived to rent a unit at 4:30. They never made feel like I was rushed. They took there time, showed me the unit. Asked me if I had any other question or concerned. This is the type of experience. I wish I could get every where.
