after being a 15 yr customer (thousands of $$ to the establishment) I had to fight to keep my antique truck. Not because I was ever behind in rent, only because the Owner began keeping his own records in Nov 2011. His 1st entry to my account was wrong. Then he did 2 different unauthorized debits to my bank account. I tried to reconcille the issue w/ GTMs owner who would not be willing to admit to mistake or even look at his books and records. Finally I disputed at my bank. He retaliated and for 2 months made comments that I would lose my truck and all I could do was sue him. Come to find out the owner is a convicted felon. In the end I got my truck out, almost had to steal it like I was the criminal. Please pass the word,,,this place is a BAD place to store property you wish to keep. Can Not Be Trusted.

I have had both storage and parking locations out here at GTM in Lewisville and really love the facility, my favorite part is how safe and well lit it is in the evening hours. With my work hours it makes it hard for me to do my moving and stuff with the daylight still being out so this place is great! It has amazing prices only $55 a month for the 10x10 storages! I couldnt find a place that beat that anywhere in town. I also have my boat parked out here and only have to pay $50 a month for it. I was down the street before and not only did I pay more for my spot but my boat had been vandalized. We have had it out here for two years and never once have I had a single problem! I recommend this place to everyone I know!

I keep my motor home, a truck, and a trailer at GTM storage. I have never had one problem at this facility. They also have someone who lives on the facility as well, tons of lights and cameras.
