They lied about rates. You trust them and sign the paper without reading the declaration of independence like document. After 4 months, they increased rate 25%. I called their district manager Rahim. He was not negotating and doesnt care and clearly said that stuff works there trained Not to tell people rate would increase drastically. Now, I had to hassle to get my things moved out there, find a new storage, movers and all. This is unethical and not right for the consumer. I will Not reccomend to anyone using this company. They are expensive and liers, not straightforward at all. The only credit I would is to the lady who works there is a nice lady, however, she is also trainded by her boss Rahim and they dont tell you about the rate. Please go elsewhere or find a space in yur garage, friends or family memebers place etc. This quickly hurts your finances. 25% rate increase in 4 Months!!! Seriously!!! I will report this to BBB as well.

I used the storage unit for storing my motorcycles the staff and Amy were always very friendly and professional I went in and closed out my unit because I no longer needed it and they were very nice about everything. If you want storage I would recommend this one now.
