I think I would give myself a 5 star review being that Im always fair to my customers and treat them equally. I love my tenants and respect them. Most of my tenants have been here for years or they always return to rent from me. Im Sorry Bret that you feel my customer service wasnt excellent. If I charged you the $20.00 clean up fee its only because you decided to leave your trash outside my building rather then putting it in the dumpster. I work very hard to keep this facility clean for my tenants and take pride in doing so. I have been running this facility for 9 years now and have always given 100%

This place was awesome!!!! I spoke with the owner and she found the perfect space for me! They were always so nice. It was clean, they always sent an invoice and everything. I enjoyed my time with them.

This is slightly bias since my sister runs this place, its in a great location near the interstate and still offers low prices.

Manager is awesome, price is perfect. 1/2 the cost of Public Storage outside unit for an indoor climate controlled unit.
