Ridiculous!!!!!! I have sat and watched trucks come and go while I sat in a door waiting to be loaded (8 pallets) 3 hrs and now I am sitting here for over an hour waiting for paperwork GRRRRR. I have been here for 4 hrs and still waiting. Oh surprise, the girl who does the paperwork went home for the day, she did everyone else except mine. Now waiting until someone figures out what to do

If you have 6 digit appointment number, they will unload you quick, timings given to me were 8 am -4 pm , I got unloaded in 30 minutes, space a little bit constricted for backing up

Come here a lot.... Usually takes two to four hours to get unloaded, unless you speak the local language. The office people are good tho...
