Very clean and safe location. Very friendly front desk staff. I just moved to Far North Dallas from Tennessee, and they were so understanding of the hassles of moving, and wanted to make it as easy as possible for me to store my excess stuff while I search for an apartment. I reserved the unit online, and they followed up with me the next day to confirm that I was still interested in the unit. When I came in to get the unit, they let me tour the unit, buy a lock, and thoroughly explained the lease terms and insurance policy. For only $55 a month, including the insurance, you cant really argue with a 5X7.5 indoor climate controlled unit in this part of Dallas!

Arlene is THE reason I kept my things at Plano Pkwy. She disarmed me with her great personality and uncommon common sense. You want attention to detail in your customer service? As shes handling me on the computer, she notices a customer just entered their code but gate didnt open; within seconds, fixed- no hassles. Ive had a few problems: Arlenes on it! And always remembers when issues need to be followed up. Its obvious that she cares about the property. I could list many examples/details because she has withstood the test of time. Ive never written a review but I could give amazing Arlene 5 stars with every encounter.

My brother was in the army and put his military grear and among other things in the storage and just got his stuff stolen. Somebody used the key to get in his unit and dnt know where his stuff went. The owner claims they dnt knw anything, but how does ones belongings come up mysteriously missing? Im so upset and its not my stuff tht came up missing. Im just saying make sure you make an inventory list and get insurance on tour thing before signing the contract.

I use this location for business purpose and wasnt to happy with the transition to Public Storage last year, but so far they have done an impressive job when comes to the clean look of surroundings, safety and Specially Customer service. The Property Managers Arlene and Izzy have an exceptional work ethics and a impressive level of customer service. I highly recommend this property for your storage needs and excellent customer services.

The staff is great and helpful but fail to tell you all of the fees and add ons they make you pay for until youre in the office about to sign the contract. Computer system seemed to be down all the time. I only rented a unit for about 4 days and took my things out and out came roaches from my things. Ive never had a problem with bugs in my things until I took my things out of storage.

I was here before Public Storage owned the place and originally I wasnt too excited about the change in ownership/management but I gotta say Arlene and Izzy are made the transition smooth. Arlene is the property manager and she does a good job; personable and attentive, couldnt ask for more. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

We were helped by Chiante. He was fantastic--helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This location is great--right off Dallas north tollway and all the units are well maintained. The space is also very secure and moving equipment is provided (dollies etc)

Otherwise a safe storage. I wasnt worried that my belongings were going to be taken. Fyi, if you want a climate controlled unit, get a first floor unit. You will save money during moving time.
