I did a search online for the Plano area. I viewed several storage companies and read their reviews. I then called my top five choices and spoke to the managers. I was able to travel to the area before moving and visit each location. I was very impressed with this location. The managers were very friendly and took their time showing me their location. They answered all of my questions I placed a reservation and moved two weeks later. The managers were right there to help me when my movers moved me in. They supplied us with cold bottled water and made sure we were ok. They made this a pleasant experience. I feel very safe and secure with my things in this property. They have a lot of cameras, the managers live on the property and they seem very attentive to everything that is happening on the property. I suggest anyone needing storage in this area, you check this place out.

I researched about 10 places and this is the place I ended up choosing. Heres why: 1. SAFE Location - safe area of town, can drive up at night without worries. 2. Inside - they have both climate controlled and non climate controlled. Even the non climate controlled look very nice and are inside and not warm. 3. CLEAN - this is an extremely clean interior, very well maintained. 4. Prices - prices are very reasonable for all that is considered above. 5. Managers extremely knowledgable - the husband wife team really care here and know precisely what is going on. They are very detailed oriented and quite helpful. This is a huge plus! 6. Hidden benefit - movers! They have a list of recommended movers that work with their facility and you receive a discount.

The best self storage in town. The facilities are great - always clean, easy to maneuver and air conditioned. The staff is very friendly - Steven and Vickie are very accommodating to their customers and available to lend a helping hand when needed. The area is safe and the storage area itself is very secure - indoor, security cameras and gate entry and exit. I have used this storage facility for both my family and for work and will continue to do so. Extra perks include guest wifi and clean restrooms for when you are working/loading/managing your unit for an extensive amount of time. Highly recommend this storage facility for its value, the people who work here and the facilities themselves.

I use PSSS for business. The management is very personable and they keep the unit in tip top shape. I have been here for over a year and once I out-grew my original space, they helped me find a new unit that could accommodate my stuff. Anytime I do have an issue Vickie and Steven jump right on it and make it right. I wouldnt say Ive ever even had an issue but they did help me get my billing situated and helped me set up payment online. Id recommend this storage unit, not just for the management but for how well kept and organized it is.

Vickie and Steve Bailey run a 5 star operation in all facets...cleanliness, ensuring your needs are met, explaining in detail what to expect. There customer service is exceptional. Doesnt get any better!! Truly a home away from home!! Managers, Steve and Vickie Bailey, do an exceptional job providing impeccable service!! They are extremely helpful always!! Grounds are kept immaculately clean!! They even brought us cold water (more than once) as we worked loading/unloading on a hot summer day!! Temperatures are truly kept at a great climate controlled temp!! GREAT place to rent!!

This used to be the best storage facility. It has recently sold to a corporation, and now its same old inconveniences as all of the big places. No longer has 24 access. Rates have increased. The people in the office are great, but just have to go along with the corporation. They were independently owned.

This storage facility was fabulous. While there doing an inventory for three/four days, the staff offered us water, made us feel safe and comfortable and checked on us periodically. I have seen many storage facilities and hands down, the was by far the cleanest, nicest one ever. Love it!

I would highly recommend this storage facility! The staff is so helpful and nice. The climate control unit is exactly what we needed. The facility is very clean and well lit, with carts available to get big pieces of furniture in and out. Also prices were the lowest in town for sure!!

This is a great storage facility. Very clean and well designed. Absolutely no hassles around moving in or moving out - they are very flexible about the timeline for giving notice, and have the lowest rates around. Check their website for coupons! I got a full month free.

The web price is $110 but it says call for details. Luckily they did have one unit available but now it is $138. Falsely advertised on website and the call for details should have been a clue. You cant reserve online because they want to charge more.
