The property manager at this storage facility is an array of sunshine! Arvilia consistently keeps a smile on her face and a joyful spirit! She brightens your day as soon as you walk in the office. Shes very compassionate, considerate, and always willing to help when needed. Not only does she keep the facility clean, but all of the moving supplies and storage needs are always readily available at your convenience. There are many storage facilities within a five mile radius to rent, but I have chosen to keep my storage unit at this facility for about three years because of Arvilia. She will melt your heart the first time you meet her!

Was referred by a friend in the area. Had a hard time finding it since I didnt have my navigation. However, it was worth it in the end. I had recently loss my Father and needed a place to store his things until we decided what to do with them. I HAD AN OPERTUNITY TO VISIT THE BUCKNER STORAGE LOCATION @ 140 S. BUCKNER: I FOUND THE PROPERTY TO BE WELL KEPT, CLEAN GROUND AREA, AND SEEMS QUITE SECURE. THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL,SHE DOES HER BEST TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE PROPERTY, SUCH RATES, HOURS OF OPERATION ECT. I WOULD RECCOMENT THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO ANYONE IN NEED OF STORAGE SPACE.
