My experience overall with Public Storage has been excellent. I am just in the beginnings of looking for storage space. Kathy and Rene spent time with me answered my questions and then determined that I could best get my needs met at another property in Plano. Nice work, ladies. Also, they referred me to Kim at the Plano property and we are in the process of determining my needs and a time frame. I appreciate the time, considersation and helpfulness extended to me by all three ladies. Good job, PS, and it looks like I will be storing my belongings with you. These people appear to be very conscientious and attentive to their properties and definitely concerned about their client needs. Also, their follow up is instant. I just sent a reservation to the Plano property and Crystal called as soon as it hit her computer. Keep up the good work.

Kathy is a great manager and this location stays very clean (including the toilet). However there are two main problems that the District & Regional Managers must address a.s.a.p. 1. install VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS a.s.a.p! ..... This is not an expensive addition and should have been done 2 years ago during a 6 unit burglary at this very location. AND STILL NO CAMERAS. As for others who rent from this area, let us stomp, shout and complain in one loud voice: "We want cameras!" and NOW! 2. lower the darn indoor summer a/c temperatures to 70 -75 degrees in the climate (better yet un-climate) control areas. Eighty five (85) degrees is not climate control MANAGERS! Address these two major issues and you have a renter for the next several years.

Im so greatful theres a way for me to express what excellent customer service Iv received from PublicStorage due in part by MsKathy. I passed 5 other public storage facilities just to continue dealing with MsKathy at this location! I think she represents PublicStorage in the most professional & outstanding manner in the way she operates! Please read and consider this review!!! I will never do business with another storage company all due in part because of MsKathy and her excellent customer service skills and professional work ethic!!! Kudos to PublicStorage!!!

This is to commend Kathy on what a fantastic, helpful person I have found her to be... I am James mother in California and must say that Kathy is one in a million. Should be more good people like her to help out a mother who is so far away. Public Storage is lucky to have her... My experience with Kathy was awesome! I reserved my unit online and she had called to set up an appointment in less than 5 minutes. When I went in for my appointment, she had everything ready to go so it was a really quick process. Afterward, I managed to lock my keys in my car and she was ready to help me out, even going so far as to actually fish them out of the seat through the slightly opened window! She was awesome and I look forward to working with her in the future!

I have been in Public Storage facilities for almost 20 yr.s at various locations & have moved units 3 times at this location. By far Kathy has been the most personable & helpful property manager I have encountered, Besides being friendly, she was VERY helpful in helping me recently when I needed reserve & move to a smaller unit. She helped me save money & was very informative about the timing necessary to get things done. AWESOME WORK!

Fast, Easy, Proficient and Professional!!!! I can only say good things about Dana, the property manager at the S. Plano Rd. location in Garland. Dana explained the move-in process with ease and was patient with me while I asked questions. Good customer service... I give Dana and the S. Plano Rd. Storage in Garland 5 STARS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!

I rent at walnut St location and have already given Kathy a 5 star review there but they will not let me do another at same location so Im doing it here. She checks the property diligently and found that someone had gotten in my RV and left the door open. She called and helped take care of the situation.

The public storage at this location had the best customer service in the area. I was greeted smiles from Crystal and she had the patience and the time and took me around the property. Her services were excellent. I recommend this facility to anybody looking for storage place in this locality

Kathy has an infectious smile. Her laughter made right at ease considering this was the very first time I had ever rented a Storage Locker. She guided me thru the process and it didnt take very long either. I also liked being able to immediately setup an auto payment thru my Credit Card!

Ive rented both a climate-controlled and an outside unit here. Kathy is friendly and helpful, and Ive had no problems with the units. The outside ones are convenient for easy access, and dollies are provided for moving your stuff to the indoor, climate-controlled units.
