Stay away!!! Stay away!!! Stay away!!!! I rented a 10X15 unit a year ago and they have raised my rent by $10 a month twice in 6 months intervals. However, they will rent my storage unit to anyone off the street for less than the original rent that I paid a year ago. I confronted the management Teri and Leon regarding how they are ripping me off and they still insisted on raising my rent. Their flippant attitude towards me on the subject further infuriates me. These are unacceptable business practices. I am moving my stuff out as a matter of principle. Also their is problem with cock roaches in my unit which further shows their negligence on the subject of customer care. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!!! 0 stars out of five!!

I have had my storage there for about 4 years or more. The manager is always friendly and is happy to assist me at any time. The man that works there on property is a good-hearted Christian man and he is nearly always available! He has always been very pleasant. I have no doubt that my belongings are 150% safe in this facility. I am not your perfect tenant either... Ive been late and they have tolerated me well. Of course I have to pay late fees, etc. But at least they are always pleasant about it! Sometimes he even comes out to give me a hand if its just an item or two! As far as I know... there are not rats or bugs in my facility! Great location too! Couldnt imagine finding a better storage anywhere!

This is the best storage facility in Allen, Texas. Stephanie is passionate about her job; she treats your "stuff" as if it were her "stuff". She went above and beyond anyone Ive ever dealt with before when renting a storage unit. She was honest, she was straight-forward, and more importantly, she was caring. You bet she runs a tight ship, but she does it with integrity!! This storage unit was for my younger sister, and I can say with strong emphasis, when the process was completed, we left without any fear, worries, or concerns. Stephanie deserves a raise, or a great big Christmas bonus. She truly cares about Extra Space Storage and the people that rent from this facility. Sincerely, Sharon

Stephanie Gomez is such a awesome property manager. She makes sure that everything is clean taken care of and that customers are happy. She wears a smile and has a real sense of humor. Leonardo Burkes is her assistant smile on his face and is just as much a backbone to this property as Stephanie is. I just love their attitude, personalities and overall appearances. I believe Leonardo should have his own property, no offense Stephanie Im sure you dont want to lose him but he should be able to do what you do with his attitude and knowledge. Im a business owner and know you must take care of employees as well as you do customers in order to do your job properly.

This is is located in safe good area. Gated and the grounds are kept clean. The customer service I received from Stephanie was superior. I did my application online expecting not to get a call until tomorrow and had a call within 10 minutes from Stephanie going over my needs. Once I went to location I received the same great service from her. I am selling my home and want to start preparing to store items. This place is perfect if you need and want safe, clean, customer friendly enviroment to store your belongings.

Good storage facility, but the rates are garbage. They will lure you in with low rates, but have literally raised my rates by every 6 months since leasing 2 years ago. Each increase is about 10%, so you can expect a 20% increase annually. The contract you sign says they can raise rates at any time. I feel ripped off. Plus my rates are no longer competitive with the local area and Im probably going to need to relocate my storage. Too bad as Ive been a great customer.

Our family is in the process of selling our home and purchasing another home and we needed a place to store our household goods. Step was great with providing us with various options, plans and items we could use to pack our belongings. The facility was great, ground floor, very clean, well-lit and well maintained. The prices offered are really affordable; they have the best reviews and the most awesome service. I highly recommend them for storage / packing needs!

Made a reservation online late one night, and Terri called me back the next morning with all the info and rates and availability on units. Made all the difference since all the rates are about the same everywhere. When I arrived she gave me a tour and showed me a couple units that were available, we did the paperwork in about 10 minutes or less and I was set to start moving in. Awesome place, and it appears to be very well kept, clean, and secure.

When you sign a storage contract it is very similar to signing a lease. I signed a contract for one year. However, I am just 3 months into my contract and I just received a postcard notice in the mail informing me that my monthly storage rate was going up by $10 effective immediately. This is unsavory business practice. I dont understand how they can do this just 3 months into my contract. I am very unhappy about this.

The staff is very helpful, caring, and supportive. The customer service I received was excellent. This is the 3rd Extra Space Storage facility I have used and I have nothing but rave reviews for all of them. I used the one near my office at Preston and Frankford first, then one on Greenville Ave btwn Spring Creek and Parker, and now this one close to my home on Prestige Circle in Allen.

This storage facility went beyond my expectations. Stephanie Gomez, the manager of the place, went out of her way to make us feel welcomed, and her attitude and customer service was great! The place is very well maintained, and kept tidy. The storage units were very spacious and clean. If youre looking for some extra space, come to this location! You wont be disappointed.

Extra Space Storage has been for the few months that I have storage my household goods. Its very clean and well ran. Stephanie Gomez has been awesome and with informing with all I needed to know when I came in and moving out. I would definitely use Extra Space again!
