I have used storage facilities in the past. This place is by far the best. Convenient location and the property is very well maintained. Application process was easy. The manager, David, was so friendly and helpful. He went over all the information - clear and concise, answering all my questions completely. He gives a tour of the property and your unit, going over all safety and security protocols. He also lets you know he is available for problems or questions personally. If I was single, David would be the guy for me......no, seriously - CubeSmart Storage is the way to go - and if you are looking in Collin County, Texas -make sure you see David!!

I had a fantastic experience at CubeSmart on Westridge. The local manager, David, consistently went above and beyond to make the move in and move out of my storage unit easy. The district manager, Richard and David even put me in touch with a local mover (Anything Goes Moving) who took excellent care of us. The storage units are brand new and climate controlled. The facilities are immaculate and I always felt very safe there, even when moving things by myself at night. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone considering self-storage.

From the firs call in to their office, face to face meeting, and assistance with picking the right storage unit for us, David and Crystal were outstanding! David especially was detailed, courteous and patient explaining the storage facility, rental unit, and the area around. Crystal was so helpful. I was desperate to find a storage unit and onsite parking within one facility. Crystal set me up with a storage unit and promised to call as soon as parking was available. I received a call 2 hours later to confirm a parking space had just opened. Saved my huge amounts of time driving between two different storage locations. Thanks.

These guys are great! I needed a storage unit in a time crunch and Crystal and Zack helped us out immensely. Price was competitive and the unit was clean and being I love that they have mouse/rat traps everywhere so my stuff doesnt get infested. Best units in the area, and trust me, I looked at quite a few.

Crystal, the manager, was so nice. She went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was seamless. The cherry on top was offering us a cold bottle of water because it was hot. The facility is kept clean and the rates are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.
