ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I wish I could give less than 1 star. This place has declined rapidly since Life Storage took over. The property manager is a NASTY, NASTY, rude, and very angry old woman who doesnt know the meaning of customer service. I think her name is Gina. With her here, they will bleed business. They keep raising prices without improving service and will not pro-rate or work with you in any way on pricing. The online account doesnt work and keeps making you reset your password. Great way for them to charge you late fees! Ive had multiple storage spaces here for over 4 years and cannot vacate soon enough! Good riddance!

Pathetic Experience!!! the site sucks big time - what a way to penalize a customer.... Have tried logging in 5+ times with reset password and the site just does not allow me to login and help line gets message center... Better look for another good decent business! Simple task made difficult
