Harvey Kennedy is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He made a mistake and when questioned I was told to shut-up and get out of his business. I moved my contents and will never do business with Arringtons Storage Again. They frequently close early, even though hours are posted on the building. When asked for contact information to report his behavior, he refused. I have also had problems with rats in my unit and was told to bait myself. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

After Lifestorage bought this facility the service level has dropped and prices have risen. Currently no on site management, no one answers the phone, switches are broken, lights are burnt out. I hope things improve.
