Carrie was absolutely wonderful! It was a very stressful time for us trying to move my mothers things somewhere until we could get the house sold, and Carrie went above and beyond to help us out. Got us the right size unit for our needs, was extremely helpful showing us where everything was and gave us lots of tips and help with all the stuff... its hard to explain, I get that its a storage unit, but we called several places and Carrie made all the difference. She didnt just rent a storage unit, she took away some stress and made the entire process much easier than I expected. Excellent is all I can really say!

I had met the Moeller’s early in 2011 and had found them to be a couple of terrific people. When my business had a need for off-site storage, I visited Advantage Storage in McKinney (the facility at Lake Forest and University) to see if it would meet my needs. Dawn was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained what options I had at their facility. Bob showed me how well secured my items would be. I was shown around and I was extremely impressed (clean, plenty of carts, and many items related to moving were available as well. Very nice! I feel very confident my stored items are safe and secure. MikeE

I went in needing a bigger unit desperately. I injured my knee and needed to clean out my house quickly to prepare for surgery and prepare for fall hazards in my home. I called to see if there was something available and the manager made sure to find something that would be easy for me and 4 smallish children to get in and out of easily. She also come up and HELPED US!!! Amazing. Seriously, kindness means everything and when you are in pain and you are nervous about what life is throwing at you, simple kindness can bring tears of joy! LITERALLY!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Dawn is awesome. She is extremely helpful, extremely knowledgable and comes complete with a helluva personality. The facility is extremely clean with a security system that is second to none. The location is perfect and can accomodate multiple vehicles for loading and unloading your stuff. The prices are great and even lower than some of the other locations I looked into before making my decision. I can not be any happier with this storage facility.

Had a simple and quick rental of a storage building. Patrick was very helpful and friendly. Carrie got me quickly and easily signed up to rent the storage unit. She was super friendly. I was told to call for any questions or issues and when I needed help Patrick was there within a minute to help me out! Highly recommend Advantage Storage. With all of the cameras and gate codes upon entering I feel very comfortable coming and going and leaving our personal belongings there!

When searching for a storage facility, I was referred to Advantage by some friends. Ive never had to put items in a storage unit, so I was a little apprehensive. After speaking with Carrie and taking a tour of the facility, my heart was at ease! Carrie was very friendly helpful and reassured me that my items would be safe and secure AND the facility was very well kept! I only needed the unit for about 3 months, but if I ever need ond again, I know exactly where to go!

She was friendly, helpful, efficient, and set me up with a storage unit to my liking. I wasnt present for the move, yet she facilitated my Dad and brother in getting me all set up and everything ran smoothly. The facility is very well maintained, secure, and easy to access.

This place is great. They offer a great deal on your first move in with them. It is very clean and very well monitored! I definitely feel safe having my stuff stored there! Dawn and Robert are really great to work with and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. I needed some quick, temporary storage. These guys were great. I wish the unit was 3 inches longer so my shelves could be used but hey Im cheap. I was new to the area and every time I stopped by they were so helpful and friendly. They are so above and beyond "business as usual", I need a new measure on my scale.

We are building a new house and needed a large storage unit. We one just didnt work and we were able to get a second large unit right next to the first one. This is a great facility, clean and the owners/staff is friendly and willing to help in any way. The use of a van to help with the moves was a plus also.

When I walked in I was greeted so kindly by Carrie. I was actually at the wrong storage location and she made sure that I found the right place to go and even called a different location for me. She was so kind and understanding! Such a great staff and a very nice and clean facility!

Dawn and Bob are the best! This location of Advantage Storage is always well-kept, neat, well-lit, everything I want in a facility I visit during daylight hours and sometimes at 6 a.m. They are both willing to work with me when I need access during odd hours, as well.
