It was easy to get signed up for a storage space here. This is a fairly new facility, built by CubeSmart, not an acquisition. This make it better because the newest way of storage is available such as carpeting in the aisles to keep dust down, snug storage locker doors that roll easy and dont move side to side so much. The security access is better because you need access to get through the gates and access to get into the building (this eliminates the possibility of people coming in off the streets to sleep inside. The facility has good visibility from I-635 and it is not tucked into some obscure area.

I have used CubeSmart for the past 7 months and love their facilities. The ceilings are taller than other storage facilities, and allows you to store more. I am relocating to another CubeSmart facility that is closer to where I recently moved due to their excellence in customer service and their previous facility. The newer unit has a sprinkler system in the unit, which is a definite plus. The only drawback is that I cannot choose my own passcode. The plus to this is it is a harder passcode which makes it harder for anyone else to access. As long as I need outside storage, my choice is CubeSmart.

I dreaded having to find a storage unit. My past experiences with other companies were never pleasant. I stopped by CubeSmart and braced myself. Chris W. was so friendly and helpful! I even did price shopping in the same area and CubeSmart was approx $10 cheaper for the same unit per month. There was even additional savings because the first month was free. The contract and fees were easy to understand. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. All of the units are located in a controlled environment - which I also like. My experience with this company was better than I ever imagined.

Chris Wood is the best sales man ever, please do not remove him from this present job site, He gets along with customers great, and has the one on one contact that is required in his job to make us the customer feel right at home, I am very happy with my choice of storage not only is it within walking distance but when I do go there they offer me a bottle of water, which I do appricate very much, Yes, Chris is the best one for the job there. I dont often have a pleasant surprise when I have to make a rush purchase, but this was a delightful exception to that rule. I purchased my storage space that was needed the following morning and was tickled to find that it was clean, new, spacious, safe (cameras everywhere and gated), and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I almost want to bring people by just to show them my cube. You wont be disappointed if you choose CubeSmart.

Chris was extremely helpful in selecting a unit and setting up a great deal. Was previously set on renting a climate controlled unit from U-Haul, but after talking to him on the phone he mentioned some specials they were running and were able to beat the competitions price. Upon arriving at the facility, Chris took the extra time to show me around the entire facility even though his shift was ending. Great service, great facility!

Very customer friendly, super polite and respectful, and extremely fast response time by phone. Tanya and Christopher were a pleasure to deal with. This storage facility is clean, has easy access to units, and good security cameras throughout that are monitored. Very impressed with our experience at cube smart and definitely would recommend them. We also got a discounted rate and free first month. Good prices!

Lauren and Chris (manager ) were extremely professional and courteous with us. Charges were explained in detail and Lauren took time to get me competitive prices on packing materials. They carry a wide range of packing supplies and sold me on the dishware packing products. On top of that, one free month rental!!! This is a new storage place, and very clean. Highly recommended this Cube Smart facility.

This facility is impeccably clean, has excellent lighting, great security, a wide range of unit sizes to choose from, and a staff that bends over backwards to help you. This particular CubeSmart is a great location for residents in the Forest Lane and Royal Lane corridors stretching from Hillcrest Road to Midway Road with convenient access from the eastbound LBJ Freeway service road.

Very good experience moving all my stuff into storage, and that is saying something! Price is excellent, the staff (Chris and Elizabeth) are super friendly and helpful, it is properly secured and is equipped with many elevators. I got a great deal on my storage unit! I called ahead of time to make sure I would not receive any surprise charges and the gentleman on the phone was super nice and helpful! When i got there he was very friendly and received great customer service! The storage unit was also very clean unlike the others around the area that have MICE!

Its very easy and fast to get signed up for your unit. Chris does a great job of walking you through the process. He is very professional. I have had a unit there for almost a year and have enjoyed the 24/7 availability and tight security. CubeSmart rates an A+ but it only let me hit 4 stars.
