So i went everywhere looking for a good place to store my stuff and i couldnt find any place with a good price and every other storage storage place that I went people were rude and look like they didnt want to be there working some didnt even show me the units so this was my last stop extra storage and I met with stasha and right off the back she was very friendly and before we can even talk business you wanted to show me what I was getting into and showed me around and explain everything detail and wasnt trying to trick me into buying anything when it was all said and done I was so happy with the service I didnt have to see anymore I knew you always at the right place finally stasha and Darlene make sure I had everything I needed and if I ever need storage again after Im done here Im definitely coming back and Im definitely going to recommend it to all my family thank you again stasha for all the help

Consumers beware! Assured Self Storage has a policy to obtain all your identification information and keep it in a retrieval and filing system. This includes your credit and debit card numbers, even without your permission. This exposes you to ID theft and unauthorized use of your credit cards. They have twice made fraudulant unauthorized charges on my credit cards, a form of theft. The bank clears charges immediately and you are left to collect the funds from the business who made the unauthorized charge in the first place. Good luck, they will have excuses. They try to keep your money. Call the police and make a report and request an investigation from your bank or credit card issuer. Be careful doing business with Assured Self Storage (I used the one on Walton Walker Blvd, Dallas). Do not sign any forms relieving them from criminal actions.

I have to admit, I would have never imagined service to be this great from a storage facility. While filling a form out online, I received a phone call from Janie and she was very professional and courteous. She invited me to come and view the available units and qualified me as to what would fit my needs. I am not sure who will read this review but if management does, you should know that Janie is top notch in customer service!!! She is so personable, and makes you feel like your more than a customer even bordering on family (the good family that is LOL!). The facility is very neat and clean. Thank you so much Janie for an extraordinary experience for something so ordinary you really make Extra Space Storage shine!! I hope you move up soon in the company!

The other day I didnt know what I was gonna do.. I have such a short time to move and. First I visit in passing with tears on my eyes.. When i stopped there was no one here. When I told the David and Michele that I wouldnt be able to make it in before they closed, they told me that it would be alright and that they would wait for me. They stayed 45 minutes late so I wouldnt get a late fee. I want to thank the Management at Assured Self Storage, they were very friendly and helpful. If I ever need storage again, I will certainly give them a call!

Very affordable. Very convenient. Very friendly. The staff will greet and serve you with professionalism, and their policy and insurance are pretty reasonable. Ive been storing there for going on 3 years, and Ive never had any issues of any sort. I would definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone who are looking for a place to store their personal items, hands down no doubt.

Great customer Service, David is very helpful and very friendly. He seems to enjoy his job and cares about the people as well as the business. The facility is clean and convenient .it has an electronic gate entry and exit as well as a 24-hour video surveillance and an on-site manager living there. I would definitely recommend this location.
